With 2 queen beds, 2 full beds, and 3 bathrooms featuring a shower, bathtub, and hair dryer, this property offers a unique, pleasant, and wonderful stay. Enjoy amenities like AC, heating, WiFi, a washing machine&dryer, hot tub, lounge pool, lawn games, board games, wine, snacks, fire pit, feeders, bird watching, and hiking trails. This architectural marvel in the heart of the Texas Hill Country is located just 10 minutes from downtown Fredericksburg. Sitting on 12 beautiful, secluded and private acres, this 4 bedroom/3 bath home is made up of 3 separate, converted shipping containers. Each of the two lower containers are 2 bedroom/1 bath (1 queen size bed, 1 full) with a small living room and kitchen, and the upper container has a wide open floor plan with a big screen TV, a full size kitchen, a couch (that has a bed), a washer and dryer, and a bathroom with a large 2 person bathtub. All cooking utensils and pots and pans are provided, along with silverware, glasses, etc. There is a hot tub that doubles as a lounge pool in the summer too! Come enjoy the beautiful Texas Hill Country and historic Fredericksburg!
