Two large ocean-side decks lend to fantastic views of the ocean and surrounding landscape, while still offering privacy. A multitude of large windows fill the home with natural light. You'll enjoy preparing meals in the bright kitchen or relaxing in the airy living room. Outside, the unique design and large lot give plenty of room for running around and exploring – great for kids! With easy beach access just a short walk from the front door and the conveniences of town just a short drive away, Deerfield Cottage offers a private retreat everyone will enjoy.

This is a charming uniquely designed mid century beach cottage with a beautiful view of the ocean. The housekeeping crew cleans the house well. The kitchen is well stocked. There are a few drawbacks that take away from the ambiance of this home. The wood windows are in need of painting and some of them are labeled do not open. Also, only two windows have screens on them. The handrail along the steps is a bit rickety. The house could use some updating. The daily rental rate was reasonable.

The house was clean but not well maintained and the furnishings were old and not very comfortable. With all the fees, we paid over 300 per night to stay there, including a cleaning deposit, but we were asked to strip the bed and start a load of laundry before leaving. Really? Maybe staying in a hotel is a better vacation option than a vacation rental. We're considering it for our next getaway.

Cute cabin with personality!

Close to everything and so cute!!! We enjoyed our stay. The house was well maintained and was a perfect getaway spot after a day of exploring the coast! We will definitely be returning!

Views!!

This property has the best views and was very clean! It’s stocked with everything you could need, including games to play! About a 2 minute walk down to the beach. 10/10 recommend!

Fun stay

We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful location with quick and easy access to the beach. Evenings got hot. It would have been nice to be able to open the windows, but there were signs that said not to open them.

A nice property and BEAUTIFUL VIEWS

The stair rail is rotten and needs fixing. I am a 75 yr. old women with cane and could not use the rail to climb the stairs. I managed with the help of my friend, but the rail is unsafe. Other than that it was a very nice stay.

Cool Hippy condo

We had a great time at Deerfield Cottage, it was like a trip down memory lane with crazy 70s appliances and decor. The view is breathtaking and everything was clean and worked well. We've never stayed in a better supplied home.

The property was very well stocked, clean only one minor problem was the bunk beds for an adult. Could change the 1950 toilet to a higher modern one.
