Big beautiful room

Loved the 3 bathrooms and huge condo! The Bathtub in master was big enough to sleep in! Closet space was bigger than what I have at home. Very convenient to walk in and out of front of resort. The checkin is at the Showboat Hotel and line was long and slow. I had to do it twice bcuz room wasn’t ready on time due to previous guests. Would stay there again. Loved the boardwalk location and hotel Bars

Host was responsive but no one local to help. Room was missing a blanket/comforter and hotel desk was unable to assist (have to contact cozy suites)). Parking garage smelled like urine but the hotel and room were clean. Hotel was pretty busy with construction on the floor we stayed (and other floors). Police activity on our arrival (I think there was a fight at the indoor water park). Go karts and arcade in lobby . Indoor water park attached but expensive for three slide and lazy river. Nothing negative to say about the room or the staff but unlikely to stay here again.

The bed was broken and maintenance didn't fix it. We had to fix it ourselves. We had to ask numerous times before they even looked at it. The freezer does work. The door doesn't open all the way. It get caught on the floor and makes a horrible noise when other people are trying to sleep. There's only 1 elevator out of 4 that actually works. So with all the people it takes a crazy amount of time to get the elevator. There's no covers on the beds, only sheets.

No vacuum or broom. It took hours for someone to resoond to our request to come to bring something to clean up. I was charged almost $100 more than the Travelocity said would be our total. Have not been able to get any reason, receipt or bill from host for extra charges. I now have to go thru credit card company.

I will go back for sure,we had a good time there.My son was really happy because everything was at one place.the inside was really cleaned,very big place for a family getaway

A great last minute find for a family vacation

At first I thought this was a fake ad as it had little to none reviews and so many properties available. So I did research and took a chance. The manager JC convince me that this was indeed a real ad and he would love to host me and my family. Upon arrival everything that was stated was true. Parking included, checked in at showboat, you do need to leave your ID to get a luggage cart. Check in was smooth and elevators weren’t far away. We were in the apts side of showboat but still connected. The room was roomy and great. Had 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. With a wife and daughter it was welcomed to have for my son and I to share one lol. Upon checking out the room we found a few minor issues and reported it to management and they corrected it immediately and was apologetic. You don’t get an ocen view but you don’t need one cause you won’t be in the room long. One bedroom had 2 beds queen and full and the other 1 queen. Plenty of space and the bathrooms were huge. Only drawback was one tv in the living room which wasn’t used except to watch the weather as hurricane ida was hitting New York and nj. The kids and us used our devices to watch what ever we really needed. We connected a work computer to the large tv to watch a tour of a school zoom meeting for both kids. Wifi was spotty but we had our own MIFI so streaming doesn’t them was good. The laundry room was great. Used an app which was quick and easy and first wash was free. The app notified you when your wash was completed. Elevators were clean and working. Since it’s apts noise level we’re low because people actually do live here so if you are coming to party in the room I wouldn’t recommend this. No need to party in room when there are access to bars right downstairs. I recommend this place for family’s and groups as is so roomy and clean and comes with a full kitchen. Also there is no phone in the room so u can’t call downstairs for anything. Full gym downstairs which I didn’t use and parking was close by. Only 2 restaurants were opened both were inexpensive but food was just ok. We will book this again at least twice a year and look forward to going there again.

Everything was a breeze the place was exactly what I excepted. We will definitely be staying again it was quite clean and convenient to all we wanted to do
