The listing talks about a garage for extra parking but the garage is now another bunk room in the house. It was a great house overall for our large group. Very clean, lots of room, and close to everything. I would highly recommend this listing. Excellent property!

The overall stay at this property was incredible! The walk to the beach was just about 5 minutes. The pool and hot tub was a lot of fun ! Also they had so many beach chairs and a wagon for us to use at the beach if we needed it! The game room also was I huge hit and the house was clean. The host responded very quickly to any complaints I had. The only reason I give 4 stars is because both sets of the washer and dryer had problems! Great house

The rental was a great size to accommodate our family of 9 adults and 7 children. Loved the fact every floor had a bunk bedroom for the children. Used the bunk bedroom on the first floor for storage as the room was originally the garage and w/o a garage there wasn’t any place for wagons, strollers, toys, etc. In my opinion having the bunk bedroom on the main floor was not an asset b:c if you put quests in that room - potentially 4-8 there was only 1 small bathroom to accommodate them. I would have preferred to see the extra BR on the 1st. floor divided into a utility room and the remainder added to the living room as the common space was not very large for the amount of people the house can accommodate. Discussed the cost of heating the pool with the rental company prior to our arrival which after some research found it was quite a bit higher than the average price in florida. Had some problems w/ regulating the heat in the pool/hot tub but the company had it fixed ASAP. Appreciated having 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers ( although the ne was not working properly) and 2 laundry areas. . Overall enjoyed the house and area. Would definitely stay there again.

The property itself is beautiful. However it wasn’t very clean. There were live bugs in showers, toilets, gnats flying everywhere it seemed plus someone had a spider crawling in their bed. Also the house was not stocked with any seasonings for food. While this was not advertised, other homes we’ve rented on the same block had these things so we were a bit caught off guard. These things could all be improved.

Thank you for your feedback and for highlighting the beautiful aspects of our property. We truly appreciate you choosing to stay with us. We're sorry to hear about the occasional insects and gnats during your visit. Our home is on a regular professional pest control schedule, and it's not uncommon to see a few pests surface briefly after treatment as they are drawn out before being eliminated. We reached out during your stay to offer additional service if needed and a touch-up clean, but we didn't receive a further response. Rest assured, we take cleanliness and comfort seriously and have reviewed our protocols to minimize these occurrences. Regarding kitchen seasonings, our listing clearly states that we provide basic starter amenities (paper products, trash bags, etc.), and guests typically bring preferred spices or specialty items, as we don't stock a full pantry. We value your input and are always working to improve the guest experience. We hope you'll consider staying with us again in the future.

The backyard was a fantastic place to enjoy music and watch TV with your friends and family while playing in the pool and hot tub! The house comfortably housed 20+ of us while still feeling spacious and at home. The beach access is very close and very easy to get bands for, we will definitely be returning!

Great Stay

We had a great stay at this property. There was an issue with the pool heat the first day but they had maintenance there within a couple hours and fixed. Washing machine on 3rd floor was not working for our stay but there was another on the 2nd floor so not a major issue. The house was clean, plenty of parking for our group, and short distance to the beach. We loved the pool area with tv by the hot tub. Was great for enjoying March madness games!

Overall we had a nice stay at the property. House was big enough for our large group, game room was nice and pool was warm. Great location to the beach, Some issues worth noting was that the jets are broken in the hot tub and could not be fixed during our stay. Also the waterfall doesn’t work. The pool area definitely needs some repair. The advertised garage does not exist. It is now a bedroom so if you are counting on that for parking, don’t. Master bathroom toilet had to be fixed twice during our stay and 3rd floor dryer doesn’t dry in one use
