Great place to relax and enjoy your vacation

I loved the layout and the pool/hot tub area. Everything was great and looked just like the pics! My family and I had a wonderful time.

Beautiful quiet neighborhood. Home is lovely. Clubhouse was not open for use but pool was awesome!!

The property was exactly as described in the listing. The home, yard, and back pool area were clean, as expected and had everything needed. The hot tub worked great and was a great space to start our small children in until we felt comfortable putting them in the big pool with us. If I could suggest, having a small pack of laundry pods for guests to use to start the laundry of bedding before they leave. I stripped the beds used but did not start them because there was no laundry soap. The kitchen was well stocked with all that was needed. If the pots/pans can be upgraded, I would suggest that as well. Only because the pans are scratched and there are many people (myself included) who are very opposed to using scratched pans to cook their food in. Overall, our stay was perfect, and an amazing little stay for our family to get away from our routine.

Lovely Vacation home

I enjoy my stay here it was clean and comfortable. Had issues with the day spa and the owner was very helpful and kept communication which was very appreciated. Would stay here again.

Amazing vacation

We stayed at this rental for a week and absolutely enjoyed our stay. They pool was great along with the hot tub, which got really hot. Beds we very comfortable and there was plenty of room for the 6 of us. Will rent again!

The house was easy to find. This is a beautiful house with pool and is very close to different venues. There were a few minor things we let property manager know about. This did not impede are stay at all. Very spacious and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay! The host was quick to respond to one of our questions. The area is quiet and the pool and hot tub work great! The kids had so much fun and so did the adults. This house has a beautiful outdoor area to sit and chat while the kids are in the pool. It is about a 30 minute drive to Disney.

We were here for a baseball tournament and my wife's 50th! Plenty of beds for our party of 6 - more importantly - plenty of BATHROOMS. We enjoyed the hot-tub and pool after long days on the diamond. Easy to access - had tons of cooking equipment and games and everything we needed. We have another tournament in July - hope it is available!

Comfy, Cozy, Convenient and Clean

Great home conveniently located in Davenport. Near shopping, interstate and entertainment. I will certainly book again. I could use 2 or 3 more days just to unwind and enjoy the pool!

I’ll start with the pros. The property is spacious and sleeps a lot of people. The beds were comfortable and the linens were clean. The bathrooms and kitchen were also clean. The kitchen has new appliances and just about everything I can think of.Upon arrival, we noticed extremely overgrown landscaping and a very dirty front door entrance. The home, from the outside, looks abandoned and neglected. The back screened-in pool area was the same. Overgrown trees touching the pool cage and mold and algae covering the screen enclosure on the top and sides of the pool cage. At least 2 of the patio chairs were broken. The safety gate was broken to where it wouldn’t stay connected - a terrible hazard if you have small children. The hot tub doesn’t warm up at all. The jets work but the heater does not. We booked this home primarily to be able to enjoy the pool and hot tub and not only did we not even get in the hot tub, but my husband had to skim and scrub the pool before we could get in. The inside was spacious but the family room furniture was uncomfortable. In the photos, it looks like it would be cozy and comfortable but the top back of the sofa pushes your head forward so much that we couldn’t sit there for more than about 20 minutes. Even reclined, the sofa was not pleasant. The 2nd master bedroom didn’t have a cable remote. The trash can in the kitchen is trash. Lid is broken - you have to touch it to put trash in and it was very dirty and gross.

No clean

The house was not clean. Hair over the floor, chairs, and sofa. We had to clean the house before we could enjoy it. We couldn't enjoy the patio because the furniture was too dirty.

Great place, but a couple issues.

I'll start with the good. This house is wonderful and a great place to stay. There is plenty of rooms and beds, the place was stocked with anything you'd need during a stay away from home, and the porch/pool area was amazing. We really did have a nice time staying here. As for the bad, the only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because during our stay, on the second day, a ton of little gnats started to fly out of the drain on the sink in the main bathroom of the house. We had no idea why it was happening and it was just a little off-putting. Additionally, the host is a bit rude, but luckily we only had to communicate with them once. Other than that, we had a wonderful time and would recommend staying here if you are a large group away from home.

Everything was nice except one thing. It was raining when we arrived and description of property states it had a two car garage. Property had a garage but we could not park in garage it was full of homeowners personal property

Florida stay

The house itself was very nice and shown as listed. Only thing I would recommend is them having someone deep clean the entire home like even the ceilings and the outside area by the pool. The house is older and you can tell upon first entering the home because it has this strong smell of "oldness". We ended up buying some candles to make the house smell somewhat decent. The pool area is nice but there's spider webs that needs to be cleared. Other than that, the house was nice!
