Great place to stay for access to Disney. Awesome to have a private pool for a day off from the parks. Limited kitchenware if you are going to cook a lot but plenty for light breakfast and quick dinners. We had everything we needed except wine glasses. So overall great place to stay. Would definitely stay again!

10 out of 10! The house was fully equipped and everything was very clean.The condominium was quiet and peaceful, with no outside noise, which made for a very relaxing vacation.The community center has a gym and a very nice pool, and the private house pool was also very clean. The location is very close to Disney, with many restaurants and supermarkets just one or two miles away. The host was very responsive and always checked on us to make sure everything was okay. Fully recommended! We will definitely come back.

Close to Disney. Plenty of room. Pool was awesome! Plenty of towels and pillows. Gated community and very quiet. Very clean!

Excellent Company to do business with

My wife and I are retired snowbirds from northern Wisconsin who enjoy spending a portion of our winters in Florida. We have rented our unit through iTrip for the past five years and have already booked for next year. Among other things, we find that their service fees are very reasonable compared to similar companies but more importantly, they are very attentive to your needs should there be an issue with the unit rented. We highly recommend dealing with this company.

Amazing

The house was gorgeous and very clean!!! It was perfect. And the pool was great my daughter loved it after long days at the parks. We absolutely will be staying here again and loved it so much we would love to buy a house in this location one day. Plenty of space for everyone. I can’t tell you enough how happy I am with this rental!! If you book/buy things off of reviews like I do and then even question if this is a real review like I do you don’t have to question this rental it is absolutely amazing!!!!! Perfect location to parks, shopping and restaurants everything you want and need at your fingertips. Book it and don’t hesitate for a second!!!!!

Beautiful Home - Close to Disney

We very much enjoyed our stay at this home. It is a beautiful home in a great community. The home is very clean and spacious, and the theming is very cute and thoughtful. The appliances are great, but just be prepared to bring your own dish and laundry soaps if staying for a while. The private pool is very nice, and it is close proximity to the two community pools.As Disney annual pass holders, we have stayed all around Kissimmee. This is the first time we have stayed this far west down Irlo Bronson. The location is great, and it is very close to Animal Kingdom. Just be aware of the tedious merge onto Irlo Bronson when returning from the parks at night. Traffic is otherwise fine after that. The shops and restaurants have really built up in this area, and there are some excellent choices. Check out Portillo’s, Giordano’s, and Twenty Pho Hour.The only glitch on this stay was that the management company sent us an old entry code for the gate, and the guard station did not have a copy of our reservation. Clearly they did not communicate with the guard station. I would recommend asking the management company to confirm these details when they send you the checkin summary after booking.

This townhouse was nice and in a good location. It was generally clean, but could definitely benefit from a deep clean (a few spider webs, dusty floor corners, dusty banister, ceiling fans). The beds were not the best, however; our teenage children did not complain. The couches had to have been old because they gave my husband's allergies and sinuses issues. The unit was adequate and the pool was a nice added bonus. The location was in a nice spot, closer to the front. Overall, it was a nice stay.

We had a wonderful time at this property for our Disney week. Home was clean, beautifully decorated and the pool area was just the right size. Close by the playground and easy to get to. Depending on time of day and traffic it took us anywhere from 15 to 20 minutes to Disney. Communication was quick easy and responsive. You wont be disappointed in your stay here!

Stay for Disney Visit

This was a great condo for us to be able to stay in for our visit to Disney, etc. There were ample restaurants close by, when not using the well equipped kitchen. We all enjoyed the pool at the condo as well as the pools at the clubhouse. The unit was clean and appeared well maintained. Bottom line, we would stay here again….no hesitation!

Great Unit in a Great Resort

Our Florida trip

We love the accommodation we have rented in Encantada it has everything we need. The house is very well equipped and tastefully decorated, the pool is just an added bonus for us. We will definitely rent this house again if we come back here.
