Now this is a great Frisco condo: Beautiful updates. Just off the bike path and close to National Forest trails. Full access to the Mountainside Club House’s indoor swimming pool, hot tubs, sauna, steam room, racquetball court and outdoor tennis court. And Frisco’s central location makes it a great choice in the winter and summer. You should give this place a serious look; you and your group will be glad you did!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is a fantastic choice for families and groups of up to eight. The living area features a gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, Blu-ray player and a balcony with a gas grill. There’s a full, nicely updated kitchen with all the gear you’ll need to keep the gang fed and happy, with seating for four at the dining table and four more at the counter.

You’ll enjoy an underground parking space (with extra parking outside) and complimentary Wi-Fi in the condo. You’ll also love the views of Frisco’s iconic Mount Royal! And every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Spring Skiing

We loved that it was an easy drive to several different ski locations. The condo was very comfortable for hanging out when we weren’t skiing. We especially enjoyed the hot tubs/sauna/steam room after a day on the slopes.

Good stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and we really enjoyed the clubhouse - sauna & hot tub after a day of skiing. The views were great and overall the kitchen had what we needed to cook meals. The location was good but you do need a car to stay here. The second bedroom only has a double bed with top bunk. I this would be good for kids but is a little tight for two couples but was not a game changer for us. I would stay here again but my wife and I did not have to sleep in the double bed.

This is a recently face lifted unit. That was very clean. Summit mount rentals were quick to respond to the issue we had and very clear with there communication.

Awesome views

Everything was great at the place really easy to find in a nice little neighborhood beautiful Creek behind running through it and when we needed some towels, they brought them right over so I would definitely stay here again and recommend the place. The hot tub was amazing or I should say hot tubs and very relaxing in a mountain atmosphere, we even saw moose at the bottom of the stairs one day

A good place to spend time with family in the mountains

Overall a good place to spend time with family in the mountains. Location is close enough to a number of ski resorts and picturesque locales. Couples of minor discomforts were - 1. Kitchen did not have salt & filters for coffee maker. 2. Not enough toiletries for our duration of the stay.

This is a perfect option for families and groups of friends to stay at. I stayed with my best friends and workmates for a ski trip and it was great. This place is close to the main town of Frisco, has all the amenities, is well furnished and has a very nice cozy feel to it. The reservation and check-in process is also very smooth and straightforward. Highly recommend and will definitely consider staying there again.

The beds were comfortable and we used the provided humidifiers and the gas fireplace. We did not do any cooking but the kitchen was updated and served our needs. It was snowing quite a bit here and someone was out clearing the walkways, sidewalks, and parking lot which we appreciated.

Lovely condo

Loved the deck and the sound of the hummingbirds and mountain stream in the distance. Huge hot tubs and sauna were a bonus. Host was very responsive. Would stay again for sure.
