Frisco Home Away From Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We go to Frisco every year and always book through Summit Mountain. The properties have always met or exceeded our expectations and River Glen Creekside is our favorite. Communication is excellent and the property is perfect - - full kitchen, relaxing creek noises with the windows open and a perfect table for family card games are just a few of the highlights.

Great location!

This was a great property. Overall, we were very pleased with the location and the property. The management company was quick to respond and very accommodating! We will be staying again!

Great property. Clean, spacious, well stocked. Missing some fans, but they were willing to drop some of for us. Would stay again!

Perfect location in downtown Frisco

Cozy, sparkling clean condo located at a walking distance from many Frisco attractions and hiking trails. All the necessary amenities and very responsive and attentive host. Hope to return soon!

Clean, great location, great management

Pros: clean, well stocked, really good location. Ample parking. Minor issues dealt with immediately by management. Management was great.Cons: dated( but very clean) interior, beds okay,fireplace didn't work, deck lacked furniture

Location, location!

Light, bright and clean, the condo is a wonderful spot to stay. River view and river running music to our ears. A short walk to main street. Loved the rental.

Wonderful condo

We loved our stay at this condo. We walked to breakfast and dinner each day to the local restaurants. We skied Vail and Copper Mountain from here. They were a 10 and 20 minute very easy drive. Super quick to get to Breckenridge. Condo was very clean, fully stocked with everything you could need. The owner was excellent with communication. We would definitely stay here again.

Great condo for access to Copper

We stayed for four nights and got three full days of snowboarding in at Copper mountain. Access to the free shuttle was super easy and the condo was perfect for our group of three adults: we all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The loft is a bit more open but it's still a largely private space so worked great for our needs. The only thing I'll say is that the fireplace is featured very prominently in the listing photos, but shortly after we booked we were told it was broken and unlikely to be fixed in the three or so months between our booking and our stay. When we got there, the fireplace had a sign saying it wasn't for guest use, so potentially it wasn't actually broken? It really didn't impact our stay at all: maybe we would have used it maybe not, but if it's a deciding point for you booking this condo just know that it might not actually be usable for your stay.Overall great condo for the price would definitely book again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place was fine, fireplace OTS sucked but we understand. The thing that really ruined the vacation. Hot tub out of service.!!! They have known this since March 2020 but do you think they bothered to put that on the place details? **** no! Really bummed, we have never bothered to rent a place without a hot tub before and never will. Summit mountain and the owners knew about this but never bothered to tell us.. false advertising!!

Several items were broken or not working (the ice maker, ceiling fan, doorbell, blinds in upstairs bedroom to name a few), Carpets had several spots, outside paint was peeling and falling on the deck, front porch is pulling away from the building. Some of the furniture was cheap and not expected in a premium property.Property management was great. No issues.

We love the area and enjoyed having the creek in the backyard (so relaxing to listen to). We do cook quite a bit and the kitchen had everything we needed. The property was clean and comfortable - - we would definitely stay at this house again. Ease of check in and check out were perfect and the list of things to do upon check-out was short and common sense, no crazy or extensive steps to take.
