This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath Home is at the end of a private road with a screened in pool, which is very private and quiet. Beaches, Malls, and downtown are all only minutes away.
The pool is usually pretty warm and is cared for by a pool company.
The house has xfinity tv and internet service, a flat screen HDTV in the living room and a 30" TV in one bedroom. Free hi speed Wifi is included. Streaming is available using any service you may have.
There is a living room and also a sun room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, dishes, silverware, cook ware and kitchen utensils.
There is outside parking.
The laundry room has a new front loading washer and a dryer.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and a master bath.
The other bedrooms and the hall bath are at the other end of the house; one has a king size bed. The third bedroom has a queen size bed.

We hope you will enjoy the privacy and peace and quiet while you are at our home.

My wife and I stayed at this property from March 1 - 31st. We chose this property as it was relatively close to Vero Beach activities, had a pool and was pet friendly. This was our first visit to the Vero Beach area and we were looking forward to exploring the many things the area has to offer along with having our grand-kids visit over their spring break. Unfortunately about half way through our visit the COVID-19 pandemic occurred and all non-essential businesses and activities were closed which really limited us to only staying at the property. Overall, the home itself is very comfortable and well stocked with all the amenities one would need. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans and a coffee maker. The living room had a big screen TV and the internet was high speed. Since our grand-kids couldn't make the trip only one of the bedrooms were used which was quite comfortable. The bathroom is in need of an upgrade. The shower shows signs of wear and tear, mold and the water did not drain properly. While the property did have a pool it did not have a heater which made for quick dips in the pool. The neighborhood itself is not an ideal vacation setting. In my opinion the neighbors don't upkeep their properties which tend to be a bit of an eye sore. There were several neighborhood dogs that would wander unleashed and come on property to relieve themselves. The most unsettling part of our stay was the neighbors to the east. Several times throughout our stay they were cutting down trees for hours at a time which was very noisy. It was impossible to sit outside and enjoy the weather; which given the COVID-19 situation our options were limited on things that we could do off property. They threatened to call the police on us for playing music too loud. Now to put things in perspective my wife and I are in our 70's and are no longer party animals. We did mention these things to the owners. On our last day they did offer to us the property for an additional week at no charge. Unfortunately, we were unable to take them up on their offer. While we intend to visit the Vero Beach area again we would not be inclined to stay at this property again.

Vero Beach Vacation

Lovely home and pool area with lots of bright sunshine to enjoy as you sit around the pool. Location was more remote than we expected, but easy access to all that Vero has to offer. Karen was wonderful and readily available to help us adjust to her home.

Nice and spacious house

Everything was in perfect condition, clean and spacious. Jason and his wife took us around the house when we arrived. Each room had very comfortable king beds. The kitchen had everything we needed. Living room and dining room very large and a beautiful space that overlooks the garden and pool. The terrace area with bbq, patio furniture and garden is a nice place. The only disappointment is that the pool is not heated so we could not enjoy it. We will recommend this house. Nicole and Jacques

Perfect location!

When we arrived the owners were waiting for us with refreshments in the fridge! The kitchen is well stock with dishes and utensils. There is an abundance of towels and sheets. The house is clean and tidy and located in a quiet neighborhood but just minutes form the beach! Highly recommended.

Beautiful Home. Helpful Host!

We loved our stay in this spacious, comfortable, private home. Close to shopping and beaches! It was a perfect stay for our group of two couples. The house is sprawling with plenty of space to be together or alone. Jason was a terrific, responsive host!

Great Place to Stay in Vero Beach

Our stay was great. The house has everything you need for your stay - everything- like being at home. The owner made himself available and got back to us quickly. The neighborhood is quiet, friendly and safe. The house was very comfortable and decorated well. Lots of seating in the living room as well as the siting room off the pool. We were very comfortable there and highly recommend it.
