Lovely, spacious, and unique property. Beautiful building with nice gas fireplace, high ceilings, and wonderful views through the many large windows. Very clean and the host was very attentive!

Jennifer, it sounds like the fireplace and those tall windows did exactly what they should, drawing you into the space and making it feel like somewhere worth lingering. The character of the building is one of those things that photographs never quite capture in full. Hope the stay left you with a reason to come back.

Great stay! It was a little complicated getting into the property, but after that our stay was great. The condo was very clean with a well equipped small kitchen. The bed was comfortable and we had a nice view!

It was a very nice Honda with great views. It was well stocked and very clean. Checking in was a little bit complicated, although the host was very clear with directions about how to get into the unit and it was very safe and secure. I would highly recommend this condo.

Beautiful views! If you are planning on doing much reading, the lighting isn't the best. The kitchen was well-equipped and the condo was spotless. The carpet in the bedroom was clean but had seen better days.The host was very responsive

Super cozy loft with a good vibe and fabulous views of the mountain peaks outside huge windows. An unexpected perk were coffee beans to fresh-grind for that first early morning cup. The host was great!

We had a great stay at this property in Leadville. The home was within easy walking distance (about 5-7 mins) of the town’s Main Street, filled with restaurants, shops, bars, and other attractions. We had gorgeous weather and took full advantage of the property’s large windows.

This is tough to rate. We were on the third floor and one major challenge for us was regulating the temperature. Even though the daily temperature highs in late July were only in the 60’s, it got brutally hot when the sun came up in the morning, and unless there was a breeze, it was difficult to keep things cool until the sun was west. It was also hard to find very comfortable seating in the main room, and lighting (for reading a book, for example) wasn’t all that great. Plus the bedroom carpeting seems VERY old and rippled, which is not a great look. But the kitchen and bathroom and overall facility is well stocked, and the historical aspects of the building are quite cool. Last, the trip up the fire escape from the parking lot to the third floor is no joke (especially at 10,000 + feet), so those who are not in reasonably good physical shape should consider a lower floor. Enjoyed the stay, but would honestly stay elsewhere next time.

Nice place

Nice place! Clean, great views, nicely appointed. Only downside is the heat is very difficult to regulate- either too hot or too cold
