You're only a few blocks away from downtown Leadville with activities close by such as the Mineral Belt Trail, the Leadville Railroad, Mosquito Pass, all local restaurants, attractions such as the museums and Turquoise Lake. If you are a skier, then you will be satisfied that the nearby ski resorts like Ski Cooper and Copper Mountain are only less than half an hour away

Great place away from the noisy streets.

Relatively quiet at night and a well functioning kitchen that had just about everything you needed. Walkable to the main streets and not far from the local dog park. The only thing I would change would be to add in room darkening drapes for the bedrooms.

A cozy, modern home away from home in a fantastic location

Such a nice home with a updated kitchen, comfortable beds, awesome family room and several great touches. Close to downtown but also Colorado Mountain College and the bike path. A definite must-stay!

This was a perfect property for our needs. We were there for a wedding. Four of us stayed there. It was very cozy, a full equipped kitchen and very clean. The beds were really comfortable too.

Mountain Cottage getaway

The house turned out to be beautiful and comfortable. We were very happy with the beds. The bathroom is gorgeous with the tile floor and walls. The kitchen had top notch appliances. We loved our stay. Hope to come back next year.

Wonderful stay in Leadville

The house is great, and in a great location! Everything we needed was provided. Corner lot gives it a little privacy. Bed was very comfortable. So nice to have the fenced yard for the pup, and the little sitting area outside. We had a wonderful stay!

Great reasonable two bed house in Leadville

We didn’t stay long at the house but it was clean and had a really great bathroom and kitchen. Check in was super easy. Will definitely stay there again.

Business Overnight

This is a fantastic place to stay in Leadville! I work with the hospital in the community, and this was a perfect place to spend the night after a full day work.
