Gorgeous Lake Views, Huge Covered Patios, Waterfront on Quiet Cove, Boat Lift

Large and beautifully appointed 5 bedroom home with 150 feet of waterfront on a peaceful, quiet cove overlooking Lake LBJ. Just under the historic (inactive) train trestle bridge to the main body of Lake LBJ. The cove right off the dock is great for swimming (3-5 feet deep around dock and no wake). Our dock and boat lift are available for your use and boat ramps are nearby. Two kayaks and a stand up paddle board (SUP) included!

Home is situated in a private community and at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, while just a few minute drive to the center of Kingsland for groceries and restaurants. Large shaded side yard with giant oak trees is perfect for kids to run around. Enormous covered patios both upstairs and down with views of Lake LBJ, your serene cove, and the beautiful oaks.

Outdoor amenities include:
* Perfect location for swimming, fishing, kayaking and stand up paddle boarding on the calm smooth waters of the no-wake cove
* Easy access to Colorado arm of Lake LBJ just under the train trestle bridge for great boating and wake boarding
* 2 kayaks and 1 stand up paddle board
* Beautiful, oversized yard with old oak trees and 150 feet of waterfront
* Two levels and over 1,000 square feet of covered patios, with propane grill, multiple seating areas, fantastic lake views
* Outdoor dining for 8 on upper balcony
* Carport and driveway has parking for 6, with room for a boat or additional car in the cul-de-sac.

Indoor amenities include:
* Modern layout with an open floor plan (living, dining, kitchen), new 60 inch flat screen TV, brand new furnishings throughout
* Updated and fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and oversized stone island, Keurig and drip coffee makers
* Seating for 8 adults at dining room table plus 4 additional seats at breakfast bar
* Master suite with king bed and award-winning Casper mattress has balcony access and awesome views of the lake
* Second king bedroom with Casper mattress also has its own balcony access and lake views
* Two queen bedrooms
* Bunk room (5th bedroom) is a blast for the kids and sleeps 7 comfortably. Pack 'n play also available for your infant.
* Game room features a second large flat screen TV, card table, foosball table, and games for adults and kids
* Two full and two half bathrooms

Great home and location

Stayed here before. We think it is one of the best locations on the lake. Clean home with great beds. Weather did not cooperate but everything was fantastic.

Great home on LBJ

This was our second time to stay at this home and once again we have nothing but positive things to say. The house is clean and well-equipped. The yard provides a great space for the kids to run and play. EricIs very easy to work with and very responsive to messages. Will definitely be staying here again.

Great place

Large enough for all to have room. The outside areas were great to enjoy the weather and the kids were thoroughly entertained with the play set. The host was very responsive with any questions. Great place!

Relaxing Stay

The property was clean and well equipped. The house had nice large open areas. The patios (top and bottom) were wonderful. My grandchildren enjoyed the big yard. The location was great - close to the main lake but not all the boat traffic. The property manager was very responsive to any questions we had. Will stay here again.

Beautiful lake home!

We love this house! This is our second time to stay for a long weekend and it never disappoints! Such a perfect lot with a good size yard and plenty of room to fish along the lake. Nice quiet location the lake

We have rented this home many times over the past several years. Its only 5 minutes from HEB and it's on a large sized lot in a quiet neighborhood. Eric has been wonderful to work with. The house works great for our needs, and we keep coming back every year.

This house is everything it says and more. It is very well stocked with all the necessities to make for an amazing vacation. Perfect location and great fishing. We took the kayaks and paddle board out every day, very still and peaceful cove. Would 1000% recommend.

Great find

We Loved the lake house, clean and accommodating. Beautiful views and so peaceful. We would have loved to have more time to enjoy it a little more. We were in town for my Sons Wedding in Burnet, so it was a busy few days. The Lake house was perfect and relaxing to come home to.

Beautiful lake retreat

Not only is the location ideal, the house has more than enough amenities to make this the perfect vacation! A private boat dock in a calm area if the lake where you can fish, swim, use the provided kayaks or stand up paddle board, or just enjoy the morning sunrise or sunset. The kitchen is well stocked for any level of cooking, and the beds are comfortable. Plenty of space for two families and you don't even feel crowded. This is our second year for us coming to this home and definitely not our last!

Sweet Christmas Memories

What a perfectly perfect place to spend our family Christmas! The lakehouse is absolutely gorgeous and had everything we needed (and more!). Only in Texas can you paddleboard on Christmas Eve!! We had a lovely time and appreciated the way the home was decorated for Christmas. A bonus we didn't expect! So thank you for that. :) Everything about the place was amazing~and it was SO big AND cozy! Truly one of the nicest VRBO's we've stayed in.
