Highly recommend! This was the cleanest and nicest VRBO we have ever stayed in. The communication was fantastic, the home was beautiful, the home was very well appointed all the way down to the bath towels and paper towels. The pool and yard were beautiful, and the location was great for us with the boat ramp and dock. Fantastic experience.

The hosts have really tried to think of everything. The home is thoughtfully laid out with careful attention to comfort and entertainment. A vacation rental far above just a place to lay your head, this house will keep the whole family busy and entertained. Even your furry house guests. Thanks for the stay, we will for sure be bookmarking this rental and passing it along to family and friends.

Wonderful property with all you need for even a weeks stay!Kitchen is fully stocked to cook! Gas grill outsideBedrooms and bathrooms were clean and very accommodating. Lots of storage and all was ready for usContacting our host was easy and they were amazing!! Always solved our questions within minutes!!If y’all are looking for a ready made home to relax and play games in this is it!!! Kayaking, paddle boarding, and our host even has the lifejackets in all sizes. Pool table, ping pong, giant jenga, shuffleboard and a pool and hot tub combo. Oh also fishing poles and a tackle box!This host and this home get five stars for our stay and all the memories!

I really enjoyed being able to watch TV as I relaxed in the fantastic pool! The lagoon was great for hanging out on the kayaks. We brought our own kayaks but there was already several there

Great place to stay! So well equipped with all you need for cooking and relaxing .The pool is shaded so you can be in it all day. There is a pool table, air hockey, shuffle board and other outdoor games. Kayaks, paddle boards, honestly you would have to try very hard not to have fun and enjoy yourself!!

Fantastic property with a perfect layout and location. The host was very clear and timely in their communication - super friendly! The location of the home on the water but tucked away from the main river was really nice, peaceful, yet convenient. Great home!

Our family off 11 comfortably fit. Plenty of dishes, silverware, and space for all. Thankful to have found such a great spot. The kids loved the pool.and we took full advantage of all the amenities provided.

One of the absolute best houses i have ever rented and I rent alot for events . Everything was so nice the pool the hottub the view the river the amenities this house has it all. The host was always available and communicated and made sure all needs were met. Cant wait til next year we will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for everything.

Great vacation spot! Fun pool and fire pit area. Easy to use blue tooth speakers and hot tub. Inside the couch is super comfortable as is the master bed (nice linens!). The kitchen comes equipped with just about everything you could need for meals. Great communication from the hosts!

House is beautiful and as advertised — the downstairs area seems larger than it appears in the photos. Lots of toys — we made use of the shuffle board and pool table for a nightly tournament. Plenty of room to park our boat and jet ski at the dock. Owners have put a lot of thought into the property and have very useful instructions throughout the house for the lights, TVs and fans — it was very helpful. We enjoyed the location as it was close to Wakepoint and Boat Town which is great for gas and a shrimp basket while you are on the lake. Be sure to drive into downtown Marble Falls for a meal at Adrianos — it’s one of our faves. The pool and hot tub are the best after a long day on the lake. We really enjoyed our 5 day stay and highly recommend!!
