The house was filthy, ac control unit was hanging off the wall and was not mounted properly, the kitchen island had a hole in it with masking tape, microwave has a crack in it, furniture was outdated, then they would not refund me because they stated that “ we did not call them once we checked in” when in fact we did. We called as soon as possible once we seen the condition of the home -100/10 would not recommend.

Property was outdated. Definitely in need of some repairs. Nothing major. Loved the playground behind the house(walking distance). Plenty of space. Repairs/upgrades are needed. Pool heating wasn't working till mid stay. Some of the pool chairs/lounges are broken. Overall-we did enjoy our stay.

Vacation Home

Check in process was smooth, entered to a nice and clean vacation home. Had all basic needs, kids enjoyed the pool. Listing was accurate, overall enjoyed my stay here!

AMAZING VILLA

The Pictures online for this Villa was Great but the Actual Villa itself was Amazing I can't wait to book another Villa with Ann and Gary this was my first VRBO stay and I give it 10 Stars Thank You both for an amazing stay!!!!!

I’d stay again

We enjoyed our stay at this property, and would def stay again my only criticism would be the house would benefit from some furniture updates and more cookware.

Beautiful home

House was beautiful, really big for our party and the view in the back was open. Not super close to the neighbors and it's in a great location. Beds were super comfortable.

Overall, our stay was okay and acceptable, but we experienced several issues that would keep us from staying here again. Please note there were a total of 19 family members staying at this rental for a family vacation. When we arrived, there were not enough towels or enough pots and pans for our group. We appreciated that the host responded and eventually provided the additional supplies, although it took about a day and a half to receive them.Another issue was the cleanliness of the house overall. The stove, oven, laundry machine, ice/water dispenser of the fridge and vents appeared to not have been cleaned for some time. We had to do our best to clean what we could do use some of the items mentioned. The biggest concern was the air conditioning, which worked inconsistently throughout our stay and was especially problematic during the last couple of days on really hot summer weather days. The Wi-Fi was also unreliable and frequently disconnected, making it difficult to stay connected.While the house itself was decent overall, the combination of the inconsistent air conditioning, unreliable Wi-Fi, and lack of basic household supplies made the experience less enjoyable. Unfortunately, based on these issues, we would not choose to stay at this property again.

2024 family vacation

We take a family vacation each summer. Our stay in this home was great. This was our 2nd time in this home and we were very pleased both times.

Very comfortable home close to everything in Orlando.

Easy process from check in to check out. Great game room. Pool area and hot tub was wonderful. Heat in pool and hot tub excellent. Open view from pool to green space behind house is nice.

Great stay!!!

We enjoyed the spacious property. Communication was very easy with Ann. This property is about 20 minutes west of Disney. It was a very quick drive from a nice and quiet neighborhood. I highly recommended and i look forward to renting again

Family Vacation 2025

Besides a few blinds missing and the screen door to the pool not locking EVERYTHING WAS GREAT! THE SPACE WAS SPACIN' THE POOL WAS POOLIN' THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND THE COMMUNITY HOUSE WAS EXCELLENT!! We had to deal with typical FL weather but overall we came to have a memorable vacation and THAT IS WHAT WE DID!

Great for a golf outing

Had eight golfers staying at this property. The location was perfect for getting around to the various golf courses. Lots of restaurants and shops located within a few miles which was a big plus. The property itself was exactly how it was described. Pool and hot tub were awesome. Lots of room very clean and overall it was a great experience. Would recommend it highly.

Perfect!

We loved everything about the house! It was perfect for our group of 12. Everyone was comfortable and had their own space. It was close to everything we wanted to do in the area. The only criticism we had was a lack of cooking pans big enough for more than 2 people but I doubt many people cook on vacation. Other than that it was very nice!

Amazing house in a quiet neighborhood.

This is a beautiful home in a quiet residential neighborhood. We are a group of eight retired men, down for a week of golf, but this house would be great for a family. The house had been freshly painted and had new flooring installed since our last visit. It is immaculately kept and updated. We have already reserved it for next year.

The host never responded to our calls or emails over the amenities . From TV’s not working, no hot water in bathrooms, mildew stains on toilet seats, mildew on AC vents, dirty dishwasher and not working properly, broken pool table, dirty outdoor furniture and dead roach on floor. To name the least.

Disney in December

We visited this property December 8-15, 2018. It was clean and maintained. We had an issue with the pool being down but the owners responded to that. We had a large group of family vacationing together and there was more than enough room for all of us. The property was convenient to our plans. Overall, we were happy with our experience and would stay at Ann and Gary’s property again.

Nice Place to Stay for your Family

My friends & I arrived at Ann’s home for a week’s stay looking forward to golfing everyday. We entered to find everything in order and clean. The only issue we found the next morning was a toaster that didn’t work, which was replaced with a new one before the next morning. The area has everything you need; from shopping, drug stores, restaurants, and dozens of golf courses within 45 minutes. I would stay at Ann’s home again if we decide to return to Orlando next year. I was not satisfied with the water not being hot in the upstairs showersAlso the pool and spa was not heated although it was paid to be turned on.The maintenance personnel came out and couldn't get the hot water running.I also let them know.about the pool and spa, but was told to wait a few more hours because it turn off at night and needs time to heat up...it never didNo one came out i guess because of Christmas. But my stay wasn't as i expected because of these factors
