Would stay again!

The game room was such a hit with the kids! The pool never got warm, but our stay was cold anyway so no biggie. Host is very quick to respond and the house was very clean, any issues were made known before arrival, we had a great time and would stay again.

Family Disney trip

Lots of space with plenty of room for our group. We enjoyed to pool, hot tub and hanging out in the living space. The themed rooms were great. Our grandkids loved the game room and spent every morning in there before heading off to Disney. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans and glassware. Kids dishes and cups as well. We loved that it had two laundry areas both with full-size washer and dryers. Host was very responsive. Publix was just a few minutes away. We would stay here again.

Loved the house!

Large family house

Our stay was really nice and comfortable. The photos in the listing is exactly as it was found. This house is large enough for us to spread out. There were 15 in our group. The kitchen is very well equipped. We would surely rebook the next time we decide to family vacation in that area. Thank you Kameron!

House for golf trip

Bday trip

This house was amazing, Kameron was awesome , ive been doing a bday trip in October for years and always through Vrbo, everything was so good and weve decided that this was our best trip ever. I believe Kameron to be an honest man with honest intentions and we will definitely will be back.

Fun for a huge group!

We had a college reunion with multiple families getting together. Everyone had a bed, families were able to keep the kids near their parents, and overall we had a great time. The game room and pool were fun and the community pool was great!

Family reunion

We really enjoyed our 12 day stay! We were 23 people from 3 to 72 years of age and the accommodations were great! The game room was exceptional for the kids! The clubhouse facilities were excellent with everyone enjoying the water slide, lazy river and pool and some of the adults taking advantage of the exercise equipment. Kameron was a great host taking care of our questions and needs in a timely and courteous manner. Highly recommended!

Overall stay was horrible. Pool did not work. Kiddos did not get to swim for the stay. We were never been told that the pool was not working. The day of going to the villa, landlord finally told us that pool lights were not working. Found out from the pool cleaner people that the pump is also not working along with the hot tub. It was disgusting as the pool was not filtering so kids did not get to swim. Home was infested with German cockroaches. When you cook in the home, they come out and it was disgusting. Some tvs were not working. Overall we stayed there and rented the place for 7 days and kids did not get to swim until the last day when the pool was fixed. So disappointed in this. Worst place ever.

Beautiful Home described perfectly

First off the home is exactly as described in VRBO. Kameron is an awesome host. He provided disclosures before we arrived, nothing major. However, we had to contact him on a couple of things, and his responses were timely and respectful. I have to say my family (including the adults) loved the themes rooms and the arcade room. We have young and older gamers in the family. Most of them brought their own game consoles, but the fact that they could all play together in one area was classic for them. I would rent from Kameron again. You will not be disappointed if you rented.

Great place for a Disney vacation

We had a great stay. House was lovely and perfect for our family of 19 (10 adults & 9 children) So much room, we never felt crowded. Loved the themed rooms, game room and pool. The location was great for our Disney vacation. The owner was very easy to reach and a pleasure to work with from beginning to end.

Great house for a large family gathering

My husband and I, along with our children and 5 grandchildren aged 5-16. Twelve of us in total had a great stay at this house in Champions Gate while visiting Disney parks June 23-28. The check in process was very easy. The house had plenty of room to accommodate our large group. The kids loved the themed rooms and the teens spent a lot of time in the arcade. We spent one whole day at the house to enjoy the pool and rest and relax before our last park day. Grocery deliveries were awesome. We made a lot of wonderful memories at this house. There was prompt and easy communication with the host, Kameron. Definitely recommend this property if you have a large group.

Extended Family Vacation

We had 15 people in our group including grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins. The youngest was very excited about staying in the princess room and the other 3 enjoys the Mickey Room and Mario themed rooms. The kids made a lot of use of the game room and everyone enjoyed the heated pool. Communication and expectations were clear and prompt. We ran into one issue which the owner was quick to respond to and fix. We all agreed we would absolutely stay at this home again if we vacation in Orlando.

Amazing week !

We stayed here for a week and enjoyed the sun , pool, Disney , Universal. We travelled with multiple families with children ranging from 4-14. The kids had a blast in the games room and in the pool. There was a ton of space in the house and all adults had their own bathroom attached to their bedroom which was amazing. The pool heat worked beautifully (in my experience with houses in Florida , it doesn’t work well elsewhere) The hot tub got hot and in the night when the temp dropped a bit outside , the pool was comfortable. The boys so appreciated the PS5s in the games rooms when they wanted to chill out. We also used the club house main pool a couple times which was very nice but the pool and privacy was so nice at the house we didn’t feel the need to go there more than twice . The only improvement I could see for this house is the mattresses in a couple of the rooms . The Paris room on the main floor felt like a deflated air mattress so the couple staying in that room moved to an upstairs room . Overall a lovely house for a fun, relaxing trip. Oh - the owner also reached out before check in, after check in, and right before check out to see if anything was needed and give clear information. I didn’t need them for anything since everything was great but good to know they were accessible. I’ll be back sometime for sure :)

Very enjoyable vacation!

Kameron was kind and informative! The house was very clean and just as pictured! My kids loved the game room and themed bedrooms. We had a little trouble with the hot tub and pool not heating when we arrived, but Kameron had someone come out and fix it right away! Would definitely stay there again 😁

Christmas family reunion

We had a fabulous time. The house setup was perfect for our large group. The pool, hot tub and arcade room were hits for children of all ages. The resort was great and the proximity to the parks can't be beat. I can't say enough positive things about our host, Kameron. He was quick to respond to any issues that arose. I would recommend this house to anyone and would happily book again with Kameron in the future.

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful!

Me and my husband's family I did a 7-day family trip the week of Thanksgiving, with a total of 18 guests (ranging from infants to great-grandparents). The house was so spacious and neat, you'd never know it was being occupied by so many at once. Upon arrival, the house was clean inside and out, fully stocked kitchen (which was important for Thanksgiving dinner) and close to groceries, Disney and other things. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the game room and chose a day indoors over visiting more theme parks. My family is already asking if we can return next year. My only suggestion (but certainly not a complaint), is that the TV's should be upgraded to Smart TV's to eliminate needing Firesticks :) Kameron was quick to respond to all of my inquiries and very friendly and professional from the time of booking until checkout. Thanks so much for the hospitality -- we will be back again!
