Amazing place/views/and decor

If you get the opportunity to stay there book it you won’t regret! We are a family of 5 and hands down it was very roomy and clean. Everything was 5star felt like the ritz of VRBO!

We have rented the apartment twice. Both times we were impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail provided by Paris Perfect. The Rue Clare location is perfect for a true Paris experience and the Eiffel Tower view is magical.

Great location & view

Property is as advertised. Great views of E.T. We mainly used the terrace off the bedroom to view the E.T @ night. Close to great restaurants/cafe’s. Seemed fairly quiet neighborhood at night. Would come back and stay here.

Great views and quiet

Had a wonderful stay. The apartment is very modern and clean. Great views and very peaceful considering you are in central Paris. Check in was only issue as the rental agency wants to know every detail about your arrival and departure plans but then still insists you call when you arrive in Paris.

Please allow me to explain why we require your travel details and insist on a call - we manage multiple apartments in Paris with arrivals on a daily basis. We have to prepare the schedule to accommodate all the arrivals and check our guests in, hence the requirement for the details in advance. We ask that guests call when they are en-route in order for the greeter to meet them at the apartment in time or to make alternative arrangements if the apartment is not yet ready. We can estimate an arrival time based on the time you arrive at the airport or train station, but collecting luggage and making your way to the apartment, can not be predicted accurately. The property represented a perfect setting for my family. The top floor with its balcony view of the Eiffel Tower delighted the children especially as the back drop at breakfast. A very secure property with all of the amenities we desired. Beautifully located in one of Paris’s most exclusive neighborhoods. We felt very safe inside and outside. Ease of access to transit, attractions, shops and restaurants. We would rent this beautiful home again.

Upscale Elegant Flat

This apartment has all the bells and whistles! Several incredible views of the Eiffel Tower. The views are not all this flat had to offer though! Fantastic comfortable beds. Well appointed spacious, gorgeous bathrooms. Safe and secure building. Small but more than functional 4 person elevator. Room is on the 7th floor. 3bd / 2 bath. But also a sitting room with a sleep sofa and another sleep sofa in the living room. Dishwasher, stacked washer / dryer and sizable fridge & freezer. Two large TVs and WiFi. All calls to the USA are free from the landline. Approximately 3-4 min walk to M8 metro. Approximately 8 min walk to The Eiffel Tower. Several small restaurants, grocery and shops within walking distance. Highly recommend!

A quintessential pied a Terre with a "movie set" view of the Eiffel Tower

This apartment is what you imagine the quintessential pied a Terre to be. From the beautiful lobby, to the cozy elevator, your front door opens to a bright, airy living room. The kitchen gives you the perfect place to enjoy your croissants and French Press coffee. The wrap-around terrace saw us enjoy the cheese, wine and baguettes we picked up from the nearby Rue Cler. The master bedroom has an almost movie set view of the Eiffel Tower and the other two bedroom are really sweet. All in all, we loved the Margaux and are already planning to book it in May! -Al Roker, New York City
