The house was beautiful and spacious and clean, lots of room for us and extended family to hang out and relax. View was beautiful as well, we really enjoyed our visit and highly recommend this to everyone.

Beautiful sunrises, quiet and tranquil. Beds are very comfortable. We loved sitting on back porch and just relaxed after a full day of activities.

A spotless, well-equipped house with a fantastic view. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Our host was friendly and easy to contact, and had prepared relevant information about the house and the area.

Great stay!

We had such a lovely stay. The place had lots of space for 2 families and was very clean. We loved the special touches, like farm fresh eggs waiting for us in the fridge!

We had a wonderful stay! Pictures do not do justice to the home and view. The house is impeccably clean, and every need that could come up has been anticipated and thoughtfully provided. We had enough room for us and our 3 kids and the beds were comfortable and soft. I enjoyed sitting on the deck and looking out at the ocean and the horses, and there was a TV with enough channels and apps for when it was dark at night. There is a rocky beach a view minutes walk away for beach combing, and the location is close enough for drives to Nanaimo and Ladysmith. Kitty was easy to communicate with and wonderful to meet in person. Highly recommend, and we would 100% return.

Second time staying here and it was even better than our first. We absolutely love it and it’s our go to now for all our trips to Vancouver Island. Beautiful view, gorgeous house, quiet location, immaculately clean, and so welcoming. Kitty goes above and beyond!

Ocean view

Our grandkids enjoyed seeing the goats and horses. Host was very accommodating. Area is quiet and scenic. House is spotless. Would definitely come again.

Beautiful and quiet location

It was such a pleasure staying at this VRBO. It was very clean and had wonderful little touches of home to it. There was snacks and fresh food in the fridge for us which was amazing! The views are gorgeous. I would highly recommend staying here ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great spot for our family

We loved our stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The views are amazing! Kitty is an excellent host. We really enjoyed being in a more rural setting, loved getting to see the farm animals, spent hours at the neighborhood beach (make note of low tide times!). We were able to explore Victoria, Campbell River, Ucluelet and Tofino, as well as nearby Nanaimo and Ladysmith. We had a fantastic trip, can’t wait to return!

Paradise

Absolutely immaculate ocean view retreat. There’s everything you could need and so clean! We would definitely stay here again. It was perfect for our family of 5. The property manager was beyond amazing. Overall great stay, we will be back!! :)

Lovely home with unbeatable views and so so quiet! Everything inside the home is in solid working order, including a well outfitted kitchen. Beds and furniture are comfy. Occasional visits from the horses and goats are a delight. This place is well situated with quick access up to Nanaimo and just 90 minutes to Victoria. Highly recommend!!!

Wonderful, peaceful and clean

We had a wonderful stay, the home is well equipped, clean, and comfortable. The view is wonderful, we especially enjoyed seeing horses in the early morning hours. My children (aged 2.5 and 5) really enjoyed all the games/books and supplies provided for kids, very nice touch. Highly welcome, and we will be back. Kitty was very responsive to my messages, helpful and kind.

Paradise with Wonderful Hosts

Kitty and Roshan were wonderful and very responsive hosts. As other guests have mentioned, the pictures cannot fully capture the magic of the rental home and grounds. We’ve been staying at rentals for nearly 2 decades, for Summer vacations, and we’ve devoted our lives to running our own (small) quality-focused hospitality business in a busy city. Our stay was just what we needed to relax and recharge— and we feel so fortunate to have been able to stay.

Loved it!!

We were thrilled to see such a beautifully appointed home for our stay! Kitty had put things in the fridge for our breakfasts as well as coffee and a variety of tea, and a basket of fruits and cereal. All of which was so appreciated. The views are stunning! Thank you to the landlady and landlord!!!

Our experience was fantastic. Very easy from check in to check out and a beautiful location. No concerns or notes. There’s no (cooling) air conditioner (I believe there is heat) so in the hottest months just something to be aware of if you care; though we were there when it was quite hot for the area and it was fine.

family getaway

We were very pleased with the home when we arrived. Very clean and bright, and even better than the pictures showed. Kitty left a lovely assortment of items we could use for our breakfast the next day and was quick to answer any questions. There was even a good supply of filtered water for drinking since the well water had a slight taste. ( Although it was perfectly okay to drink). Relaxing and peaceful few days.

Very well appointed property that has everything you need, just bring your clothes and food. Beautiful house with a beautiful view. This worked very well for our family while we were in the area for an event and close to lots of things to see and do. Everything was tidy and very clean. Quiet out of town location. Highly recommended for a stay in the Nanaimo/Ladysmith area.
