This was our fourth annual stay at this property, something our kids look forward to every summer. The house is spacious and has everything we need and the outdoor area feels close to nature. We’ll be back!

Wonderful home with an incredible pool. Check-in was super easy and host accommodated early arrival. Communication before and during our stay was prompt. Home was clean with more amenities than you typically get. Highly recommend!

Great location on the northwest side of the Phoenix metro. We hiked at nearby Thunderhead Conservatory trails almost every day. The pool area was amazing. The pictures really don't do it justice. My only caution is the pool has a nice baja shelf but other than that is very deep so it may not be great for littles or those not comfortable in the water.

Great Stay

The home was comfortable and spacious, with wonderful walk-out backyard and pool. Had issues with pool waterfall and hot tub at arrival but property management was quick to have them resolved during our stay. Enjoyed our time here.

Guys golf trip here in AZ 8 of us golfed at Quintero and Troon North. Location was great right in between both. House was awesome, backyard was fun to!

We loved every second at this amazing property. The pool is fabulous and adults and kids alike had a blast. The home is beautiful, stocked with every thing, and there are many thoughtful touches throughout. We very much look forward to returning to this exceptional home - thank you!

Fantastic home and location!

Great house, very clean and comfortable, many amenitiies and close to a few nice spots to eat (less than 10 min), food store and not far from mall area. We didn't use the pool b/c of the weather, but it looks amazing. This is a fantastic home and location, that we'll definitelyi try to come back to in the future

This house was absolutely perfect for us! The location is unbeatable, the pool is dreamy, the house is amazing. The check in process was flawless and Brandi was a great guest contact! We loved our stay so much our kids are asking if we can go back next week! Absolutely no negatives. This place is fantastic!

Beautiful home

Beautiful home with plenty of space for our group. The teens loved the pool and hot tub. We had a 5lb yorkie that enjoyed running around the large yard. The kitchen was well equipped. Would definitely rent this home again.

Lovely Home

The house was exactly if not better than shown on the pictures. We had our adult kids with us and everyone truly enjoyed it. Grocery stores nearby and hiking trails within walking distance. The house has everything you can possibly need. Brandi was helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. We are most definitely returning!

Make the best of it!

The property was very nice, however, very frustrating and disappointing that the property was not ready by check in and patio had missing, stained, and broken furniture, which we found we just had to live with. Also, had to contact management for pool/patio lighting.

This is our 17th home rental with 0 negative reviews. This one was tougher for us. The pool and hot tub were very dirty(disgustingly), so dirty the hot tub would not heat. We paid for a heated pool. We advised Brandi upon arrival, but nothing happened. We had to have a kitchen sink repaired in order to use it. One of the toilets was broken, and could not be used. In general everywhere we turned things were broken or dirty. We did not get what we paid for.
