We had a wonderful stay at this Lake Havasu home! The house is beautiful, spotless, and exceptionally well-appointed with everything we needed. It felt very spacious, and the high ceilings gave it an open, luxurious feel. We also appreciated the security of a unique personal code for the door. The highlight of our stay was definitely the view. Watching the sunset over the lake each evening was absolutely breathtaking and made for an unforgettable experience. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy everything Lake Havasu has to offer. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, beautiful home with absolutely incredible views.

We absolutely loved our stay!! The house is beautiful and so cozy. We had everything we needed and took full advantage of making several meals in the spacious kitchen. We enjoyed much needed time relaxing on the patio. Views are stunning, especially the sunsets. We will definitely be booking this home again when we return to Lake Havasu.

The home was beautiful and we had a gorgeous view of the mountains and lake from our patio. Our host was just a phone call away and he welcomed us, left us suggestions for restaurants and fixed any problem we encountered .
Hot air balloons were seen quite a few mornings, a beautiful sight.
Sunsets were gorgeous sitting on the patio.

House exceeded expectations!

From the moment you turn the corner and drive on the street you can see this house is in a great neighborhood. Then as you walk inside you’re greeted by an amazing view of the lake and open concept kitchen, dining and living space! The living room is thoughtfully designed with dual sectionals for a comfortable layout. You can tell the owners took pride in the finishes and decor of the house. Very spacious.

We enjoyed our stay, we were hoping to swim in pool but not heated, because electric. Would prefer a place with pool heated anytime of the year. Hot tub very small, an upgrade on hot tub would be nice. The house was beautiful, clean and nice area. The owners very responsive & helpful

Thank you Shirley for your review. It is unfortunate that the city does not provide natural gas on our street and therefore we are limited to an electric heat pump (which does not heat fast enough to overcome our evening low temperatures in winter and spring). We note in our listing information that the pool is available to be heated from May to September as evening lows are milder. As I explained, we would be happy to charge guests heated pool money but that would not be fair to them as the water temperature would revert back to where it started.

Beautiful Havasu Home with great views!

We loved our stay at Sunny Snowbird’s Retreat! The host, was incredibly communicative and helpful, making check-in a breeze. The house was sparkling clean, the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed and the house was beautiful and comfortable. It's a short drive to the London Bridge and the neighborhood was perfect for our family. Highly recommend!".

We have stayed in many VRBO homes over the past years and this was one of the best supplied homes. In the past we have had to buy locally everything from paper goods, laundry soaps, dish soaps, storage bags, aluminum foil, toilet tissue, etc. This Owner supplied all that and more, even down to coffee. There were even spices in the cupboard. That made our stay much more pleasant. The home was very clean and well maintained. Even the gas grill was clean and ready for use.We defintely will try to stay there again if we come back to Lake Havasu.
