Located on level 35 this beachfront sub penthouse is on a private floor with only one neighbour. It has over 150sqm of living space with both bathrooms fully renovated in 2021, and a huge walk in robe in the main bedroom. Sleeps 5. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, flat screen TV, walk in robe, brand new ensuite, balcony, and looks directly over the beach and ocean. Bedroom two has a king single bed plus a king single bunk to sleep three. Large 10 seater lounge, Samsung smart TV, renovated kitchen with brand new appliances, nespresso coffee machine, heaps of storage, and granite benchtop. Huge wrap around beachfront balcony with 8 seat balcony dining table sets this sub penthouse apart from the majority of other apartments in the building. Full unobstructed beach views front living room, kitchen and main bedroom. Free high speed internet, and in an iconic building with two heated swimming pools, spa, sauna, and tennis court, and only steps from the restaurants and vibe of Surfers. The property has two underground secure carparking spaces.

Stunning views

We enjoyed staying at this spacious, comfortable, and beautifully presented apartment overlooking the main beach. It was great to be able to go for a walk along the beach at night just stepping out of the building. Everything was so close by. If you enjoy being amongst the hustle and bustle and night life you will love this place!

Location locationlocation

We flew in from Canada and booked this property based on the photos. The photos are accurate and the location is spectacular! Very walkable for our family, our Starbucks addiction was satiated within a km walk and the beach was amazing! This unit was spacious and perfect for our family of 4. The building was having some maintenance but we weren’t affected at all. When I had questions Simon responded quickly. We really enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this unit 100% Our 10 day stay was perfect and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Imperial Surf apartment

The apartment was very comfortable and well presented. The building is currently undergoing significant repair and refurbished and this did create some issues for access. Otherwise the accommodation is very good and suited us well.

Absolutely incredible!

Our stay here was awesome! The location is second to none - directly across from the beach and a couple of minutes easy, flat, stroll to Cavill Avenue. The ocean views are incredible. The kids room has both ocean and city views. The wrap around verandah is a huge asset to this building - we noticed a lot of the newer buildings no longer have verandahs. There is nothing quite like sitting out there, taking in the view and feeling that ocean breeze. There are multiple air conditioning units throughout the apartment, but we didn't need to use them, and we were up there in December in a heat wave. All we had to do was open the sliding doors in the living area and the main bedroom and the whole place was filled with beautifully cool ocean air. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook. Heaps of crockery, and plenty of supplies when we washed up each day. We took extra detergent, toilet paper and washing powder for the washing machine but we didn't need to use any of it, because the supplies provided were ample. I LOVED that salt and pepper is provided - it's always the one thing missing from other places we stay. And thank you for having a water filter! The tennis racquets and balls and beach towels were a nice touch that we appreciated. The apartment is huge and beautiful and everything from the lounge to the outdoor setting to the mattresses are so comfy. Thank you, Simon, for a wonderful stay. We hated having to leave!

Location is spectacular.. the apartment offers everything you could want for a vacation on the Gold Coast..walking distance to Cavill yet out of the busy strip and noise.. lifeguard flags across from the building.. most importantly a big luxury apartment that is perfect for family and friends.. we will stay again.

Great location and view to get lost in

Great location and fantastic unit with stunning views over the beach. Restaurants and facilities all within walking distance making it a relaxing get away. Indoor pool and spa facilities allow you to still enjoy a dip even during winter months. BBQ area and tennis court also onsite. We'll be back

Great apartment in an older building

Fantastic apartment, has all you need, great views, good quality amenities. The building is a bit old and could do with an upgrade in the lifts and lobby area but this didn't bother us. We enjoyed using the hot spa and sauna. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to go

Getaway with teenage grandchildren

We all rated this apartment a 10+. It was clean, fresh and the kitchen was well equipped for the kids to cook dinner. The view from the balcony is stunning. Simon was very helpful to us oldies :) I would highly recommend this apartment and we hope to stay there again some time in the future.

Best place for rest and relaxation

My partner and I had a wonderful 5 night stay where we had the best rest and relaxation after weeks of working tireless nights. If you need a break from work, this is definitely the place to go to! The views of the beach waterfront from the balcony are absolutely breathtaking and make you feel like you’re on a cruise ship, without the rocking motion! The sunrises and sunsets are just stunning! This property nailed every mark that we were after. Extremely spacious and the amenities were more than fair. The sheer silence of only hearing the waves from the water at night really made it for us and made us sleep better than ever. Simon was a fantastic host and kept in contact with us every step of the way. We will definitely be coming back!

A great place for a family holiday.

This is one of the best places where we rested. A great apartment with a cozy atmosphere and a magnificent view of the sea and the city. There is everything you need to relax. Good location, wonderful beach, lots of good cafes and restaurants around. Communication with the host was excellent, thank you Simon for your understanding and support. I would really like to come back again.

Nice place, could have more amenities

Loved the apartment and the location. Check-in was a breeze. Few negatives though: - Only one towel per person, no hand cloths or face towels - No beach towels, really ... you're on the beach - Could not get the WiFi to work, even after repeated attempts to Simon, with no help. Said he wasn't local. He should have someone on property to handle minor issues.

Perfect Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay here. This apartment boasts stunning views of both the city and surrounding beaches and is stocked with all the amenities we needed for our stay. The apartment is situated in a quiet area of surfers paradise, however is in walking distance to Cavill avenue and surrounding attractions. Simon was easy to communicate with and accomodating at all moments of our stay. We had a relaxing holiday on the Gold Coast - Thanks Simon

Extraordinary views!!

We certainly enjoyed our stay. The views from the balcony were incredible. The location was tough to beat. Close to the beach, great restaurants, and shopping. We enjoyed being able to walk out the door and be right at the beach and the boardwalk, which we took advantage of every morning. The condo was exceptional. Great design, comfortable beds, spacious, and an incredible balconey. We would definitely come back!!!

Beautiful Apartment

The apartment was beautiful with amazing views of the ocean and access to attractions on the Gold Coast. We had an amazing time and loved staying there and would definitely stay here again. Our only negative with the apartment was the bathrooms weren’t stocked with sufficient toilet paper. A partial roll without an extra roll in each bathroom is not sufficient for the price point.

Great Apartment and views

My family and I were really impressed with the apartment, the buildings facilities and the location when we spent a week there recently. The sunrises were beautiful but there were also good block out blinds and curtains for the days we just wanted to sleep in. I highly recommend and would return without hesitation.
