Good location with plenty of room

We had a lovely stay with plenty of room we could walk to everything pool was lovely and beds were comfortable only downfall was no BBQ but had a nice big kitchen

Seascape

A convenient location and close to town centre. The unit was clean and tidy and suited our needs. Kitchen could do with an update and perhaps a couple of prints on the walls for a seaside feel. Beds were comfy maybe a lamp in 2nd bedroom. The pool was nice to cool off in.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was as described. Letting company very, very good and professional.The circuit breakers in the locked cupboard seemed very odd- how do you reset these without a callout?The lounge is not super comfortable, beds were comfortable.overall a good stay, would stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very disappointed in the property. Upon coming into the unit it was very dirty, false finger nails under a bed, very uncleaned kitchen, you could hardly see out of the windows as they were so dirty, ALL taps were dripping, kitchen tap was all but falling off. We emailed several times regarding the tap & the absolutely filthy air conditioner, that was actually making us sick, lack of a broom/dustpan & broom, please do something about the air conditioner but mostly they were ignored. We are terribly disappointed with the lack of communication and assistance by the property management.

Nice Unit and Very Good Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at the Sundial 202 for 18 nights. It was clean, very close to town and a safe place to stay. We will definitely book again. Staff at Elders were very helpful especially Lara. She helped us extend our stay a few more nights.
