Great place and location. Hoping to re book for next year

So great. Close to town and water hole. Was also a wonderful place for our dog.

perfect holiday home with all comforts

love this holiday home which is specious and has lots of space for kids to enjoy. bonus surprise was Netflix and Amazon Prime available to watch and kids love it. home proximity to all shops and restaurants which made our stay more pleasant.

Great for pets

Nice big back yard which was great for our dog, and very easy access to the centre of Bright. Recommended.

Great place to call home

Great location close to town, very clean throughout.The dogs loved the big backyard and it was fully fenced so no chance to escape.

Great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely time at Rivers Reach, the location is hard to beat, just a 5 minute walk across the river into town. The house itself is spacious, clean and has everything you need including a fantastic garden and decking area. Highly recommend.

Beautiful bright stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location near splash park for the kids. Lovely backyard that the king parrots visited daily. Split systems in both master rooms. Kids bunk room was a bit small and hot but they slept in the main living with the split system.

Snow Trip Accomodation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Booked this accomodation for a friends weekend getaway. Accomodation was perfect for what we needed and priced accordingly. The places itself was clean and neat and the property managers were fantastic when we added extra people later to our booking. The whole process was seamless. would happily stay again.

Our winter stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place is great and we’ve stayed in this property several times now, but this time the hot water was quite bad. There is only enough hot water for about one two minute shower, we’ve not had this experience in other stays at the property, it’s like the hot water system is on its last legs and needs replacing. Does put a bit of a damper on the stay. But otherwise it’s great.

Renter Beware - No Advertised Wifi

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was well located, clean and comfortable. The information on the website stated wifi and this was not correct. We could not even get the router provided to connect with the designated hub so future renters beware. It was also disappointing the property agency stipulates in its information at the house that they are not interested in this issue which to me is a copout. I would recommend the property if the advertised wifi was available but to me this was misrepresentation in the agencies offer to rent the property.

Clean and big backyard

Clean house and very close to cafes/bars, shops and walking trails. Happy be at the back to stretch after a hike, read a book, enjoy the tree or just plain relax. Hapoy to visit again. Recommended to visitors of all ages. Thank you BH for our stay.

The backyard was perfect for our dog in terms of space, security and a big beautiful tree providing much shade in the heat.
