This charming property, set on a peaceful expanse on approximately 1 acre, invites you to experience a getaway like no other. Boasting four bedrooms and two bathrooms, this spacious haven comfortably accommodates up to nine guests, making it an ideal escape for families or friends seeking relaxation and rejuvenation.

As you step onto the property, you'll be greeted by tranquility and the soothing sounds of nature. The location, just 200 meters from the riverfront, provides a scenic backdrop for your stay. A bike track meandering through the serene surroundings invites you to explore the beauty of the outdoors, offering a perfect blend of adventure and relaxation.

The interior of the holiday home is thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. With four bedrooms, everyone in your group will find their perfect haven to unwind. Two bathrooms ensure ample facilities for a stress-free stay, and a fully equipped kitchen provides the flexibility to prepare delicious meals.

For those who love to bring their furry friends along, this property is pet-friendly with a fully enclosed yard. Your four-legged companions can join in the holiday fun!
The convenience of a double lock-up garage ensures secure parking for your vehicles & bikes, giving you peace of mind during your stay.
With its ability to sleep nine guests, this holiday home becomes a hub for shared memories and quality time. Gather in the spacious living areas, indulge in a BBQ on the outdoor patio, or simply relax in the comfort of your private sanctuary. Whatever your preference, this property offers the perfect canvas for a memorable holiday.

This property is managed on behalf of the owner by Bright Holidays (part of the Dickens Real Estate group).

CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.
*All cancellations are to be received via email. Please refer to our terms and conditions for our full cancellation policy.

A split system and woodfire heating in the loungeroom.

BATHROOMS
Main bathroom is in 3 parts - bath & vanity in one section, shower room next to it, separate toilet.
Ensuite bathroom consists of a walk-in shower, toilet and vanity.

OUTDOORS
Lots of space for the kids and pups to run around! Sit back and relax on the verandah, walk out the side gate down to the river and bike bath and enjoy the peace of mind of a lockable garage for all the toys!

Stonehaven is a pet friendly property. We ask that you read our Terms & Conditions carefully to ensure you know your responsibilities with bringing your pet along to this property. So we can continue to offer pet friendly accommodation we ask that you pick up after your pets. Excess cleaning charges will apply if the rules are not adhered to.

Laundry is accessed off the front verandah, washer & dryer present.

PARKING
There is plenty of parking space for everyone, the double lockable garage is located around the back of the property.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful house for holiday with extended family. Very comfortable with everything we needed. Fire kept grandparents warm of an evening and the kids loved hanging out playing table tennis in the shed. Location was perfect with easy access to the bike path and a short drive from Bright. Lovely garden and the property was clean and tidy. We’d love to return!

Great house in a great place
Great family trip with everything needed in the house. The house location was perfect for us with visits to Mount Beauty, Bright and Beechworth. The Alpacas next door and the birds really made our trip.
