Beautiful place that was perfect for our family of 5 (and we could have definitely fit more). The location is perfect - just 3 homes away from the beach. Beautiful part of the beach, too. White sands and blue water here - like no other beach city I've ever been to in the US. Pool was great and kept clean throughout the week.

We LOVED our stay! The location is fantastic, just a very short walk to the beach, which was perfect. Another huge plus was the parking! There was plenty of room for 6 vehicles, which was great for a larger group. The home easily accommodated the number of guests stated in the listing. It’s not a huge house, but the space is very well thought out, and there was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. The outdoor area was definitely one of our favorite parts! We loved the pool, cornhole, ping pong, and all the different spaces to hang out and enjoy ourselves. The pool alarm can be a little annoying at times, but we completely understand why it’s there, especially for families traveling with children, and I’m sure it’s an important safety requirement.Overall, we had a wonderful visit and really enjoyed the home. The location, outdoor space, parking, and thoughtful setup made it a great place for our group. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely perfect spot for a family getaway. Close to the beach and all that AMI has to offer. The house was spotless, the pool was so relaxing, and renting a golf cart to get around the island was the best decision. We’ll be back!

This is a really nice property. The house is lovely and well appointed and was spotless when we arrived. If you are picky about chef knives, bring your own. We were there with five adults and two kids under the age of four and there was plenty of room.Like a lot of rental properties, the mattresses in the two master suites could/should replaced.Very close to the beach. Great location. I appreciate how responsive the staff was to various questions. The pool is great and there is a large table outside for dinners. There are some pool and beach toys to share there. We did get a golf cart for the week. A six seater. I’d recommend it. Be careful where you park and how you park. They’ll ticket you.Overall, I’d highly recommend this house!! It’s old world Florida charm.

Location, Location,

Perfect home, about as close to the beach as you can be without paying obscene amounts to be directly on the beach. The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor area very much.

Perfect!

This is our third time in Anna Maria and this house was the best so far. From being an ample floor plan, clean and comfortable beds, perfect set up outside and the best quality kitchen ware. The location also can’t be beat.

Family Retreat

This was our first time visiting Anna Maria Island and it did not disappoint. The house was amazing! The location was great, very close to the beach and all the shops and restaurants. The pool was awesome, made for great afternoon fun while grilling. We enjoyed it so much we already booked it again for next year. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Awesome place yet again

This is our second straight year staying in this house and it didn’t disappoint. We only had 5 people in our group but it could have easily slept 8 or more. House was clean and has all the great amenities. The pool is great and it’s a very short walk to get to the beach. We love this house and will stay here again for sure!

This was our first time to Ann Maria Island. It was perfect! Exceeded our expectations! We loved this home. It was perfect for our family. Super clean, great pool, beach accessories and awesome beach access. Close to everything you would want. Our family rented bikes and had a blast!! We needed propane tanks for the grill as they were empty. Called the rental manger and they came out right away and hooked us up. Can’t say enough good things about our stay. We will definitely be back.

Great Property

Great property and location, 1/2 block from the beach, easy walk to stores, restaurant. Would highly recommend this house. The only downfall would have to be the cleanliness, all tables had an inch of dust and floors were sticky. We had to clean the floors and wipe down all tables in the house.

Location!

About as close as you can get to the beach without paying obscene prices to be beachfront. The house was about a 2 minute walk to the beach, and very close proximity to shops and restaurants. Location was fabulous. Only issue was bugs in the kitchen, which I'm hoping the owner will correct. Otherwise, the house itself was comfortable and well appointed. The pool area was wonderful…great place to cool off after a day at the beach. Highly recommend!
