GREAT LOCATION! 31+ days. Spacious one bedroom, one bath apartment is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, wine tasting establishments, post office, wine train, basically anything you want or need. The apartment is located in a very nice neighborhood among other Victorian homes. Just a few minutes to Highway 29 and Silverado Trail.

Charming, unique, fully equipped, contemporary updates, only two blocks from downtown Napa. Separate entrance, living room with large fully programmed flat screen TV, separate dining area, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with a king-sized bed and additional programmed tv, heating and air conditioning, large shared (with 1) laundry room, back patio, 1 off-street parking space, back patio with seating and bbq.

July 2019 in Napa

July is the perfect month to live like a local in Napa. This apartment is a short walk to downtown Napa. Pictures and description in the Vrbo posting are accurate. Based on real estate values and rental rates in Napa this property is a very good value.

Wonderful Napa apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 week stay here so I could be closer to my job as a traveler. Its about a 3 block walk to downtown where we enjoyed many restaurants. The back area was nice to sit outside and read the newspaper. The kitchen is fully stocked and we had all the essential cooking items. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location in downtown Napa

This is nicely modernized apartment in a typical historic downtown Napa home. Just a few minutes walk from downtown bars, restaurants and nightlife. The apartment is very comfortable with a great living room, dining area and a terrific bedroom. The kitchen is on the small side, but more than adequate. The owner is extremely attentive, and very helpful. If we needed anything she had it delivered right away - including a new stove. A great find.

Great little place to stay, temporary or longterm!

I rented this place based solely on the online pictures and knowing it was walking distance to downtown Napa and I will admit, I was somewhat nervous. But as soon as I walked in the door, my concerns were alleviated. I was very impressed with the spaciousness of the unit and the ample storage place (as I was in the process of moving from out of state). In fact, I liked it so much that I ended up staying for over six months! I loved being able to step out my door and take a short stroll into town to enjoy everything downtown Napa had to offer: wonderful restaurants, tasting rooms, street festivals and concerts, and just across the river to Oxbow Market. Of course, it's also a short drive to anywhere in the Napa Valley to visit any wineries. The owner is also very responsive to any concerns/service requests. I was sad leaving but ultimately needed more space. Overall, a great vacation rental but also with all the amenities and comforts that make it an ideal longterm living situation if needed. I would recommend it without hesitation to any of my family and friends in search of a place to stay.
