Great location

The condo is in a great spot, in an older complex that is well maintained. We would definitely stay here again, appreciate how clean it was. Just fyi if you have taller family members the showers are a little tight. A great stay overall and we were glad there were extra chairs and umbrellas as well!

best stay ever

my family and i absolutely loved our stay here! i loved how much work the owners put in to every little detail for the stay. the binder of things to do was amazing along with beach chairs, boogie boards, and so much more. all the beds were so comfortable and that means a lot to us considering we've stayed many places before and our backs were in misery. would definitely love to stay here again!

Wonderful!

This is probably the most accurate listing I’ve stayed at, which is nice. Condo was the perfect size for 4 adults. Cute, clean. Everything we needed. There were a few beach chairs provided which was very helpful. Beach was nice, a few things were in walking distance. We’d definitely stay here again,

Peaceful and cozy

The condo has a gorgeous view from its balcony and has everything you will need for a stay in North Myrtle Beach. The kitchen has everything needed if you're staying in to eat. The furniture and beds are very comfortable, and the sound of the ocean is peaceful and will lull you to sleep. Located just off the Strip (Hwy 17) it is close to anything and everything you will need for a great vacation. We enjoyed our time there very much!

What a view!

This unit has an incredible view of the beach and ocean. It is also very clean and had brand new mattresses, which were a very nice added feature. We also loved the coffee area with the dual-purpose Keurig. Nice to have covered parking and multiple restaurants, shopping and other activities, all within walking distance. We will definitely be back.

We very much enjoyed staying at this location. It was clean and in an excellent location. I gave it 4 stars because the mattress was pretty bad and the air did not blow through the vent in one of the bedrooms. Also, the condo was next to an Irish pub which was fabulous during the day, but the window in the second bedroom was super thin and you could hear all the rowdiness and partying at night until they closed at 2 am. But we would stay again.

Spring Softball Opener

Great Stay Great Locations… only advice and did not effect my review is to check water heater. Showers could not be take at the same time. Hot water would run out. Would stay again.

Last Stay

When we arrived the pass code did not work for the front door. We stood around and made calls to different locations: Elliot, Evolve and the owners. After approximately one hour we were give a new pass code and got in. At bedtime on the first night we discovered that we had no sheets, pillowcases, towels. or wash rags. These items were furnished the next morning and we make our beds..

Disappointed

The unit is small. It's ok for up to 3 people, but more than 3 will be cramped. There were twist off beer bottle caps left on the balcony. 2 of the 3 tv's didn't work. The toilet paper holder in 1 of the bathrooms fell off as soon as we touched it. The door hiding the AC unit is not attached to anything so it falls over everytime you accidentally touch it.

Great unit-but a few hiccups

First of all, let me start with the positives. This unit was incredibly comfortable, cozy & clean! Whoever did the interior decorating in this unit is a genius in making a “smaller square footage condo” feel like a “larger” condo. There were 4 of us staying there & there was plenty of room & we didn’t feel “on top of each other”. The unit was very clean & very tastefully decorated. We appreciated all the “extras”: plenty of dishes, silverware, pots & pans, the board games, & the beach chairs. Unfortunately, while we were there they were doing concrete construction & we had to listen to all that noise all day long. Also, the codes we got for the pool/gym were wrong & it took over an hour to get a response & it still wasn’t the correct code. It was frustrating because we were looking forward to using the hot tub. The unit also had what appeared to be fruit flies~they would end up on our drinks & would fly around our head. It was more of an annoyance. And FYI: the indoor pool will be CLOSED for a week beginning December 8 for a week so they can do concrete work on it. But overall, I would highly recommend this gem-despite the construction noise, we still had a great time!

Extremely clean

This condo was probably the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed in the Myrtle Beach area. It’s very small but cleverly designed so there is a place for all your things. The view is amazing and the balcony very comfortable. It is beautifully decorated throughout and the mattress was perfect for me. The people who live in this condo community are super nice and friendly. The parking is great! Drawbacks - there is noise outside at night.. I brought my sound machine from home and ear plugs that helped. There were a few heavy smokers nearby apparently so we inhaled quite a bit of second hand smoke in the balcony- you can’t control that though. The television is a smart tv so if you take your 85 year old dad who doesn’t deal with the internet at all, be prepared to help him find something he can watch. The pool isn’t small so if you are wanting to spend much time in the pool, I would look elsewhere. And, finally, in the bathroom nearest the ocean, the sink and shower controls were backwards- hot is all the way to the right and cold is on the left. Evolve was very responsive when I reached out for help. All in all, we had a very restful vacation and enjoyed staying here!

Summer vacation with teens.

Location was ok, with teenagers they would have preferred to be closer to the busier areas with more to do within walking distance. Couldn’t rent a golf cart, only owners may have them. Condo was clean, but did not have a fully stocked kitchen. Very basic utensils & cook ware. Garbage disposal was locked up, hvac door not attached, remotes had missing backs with tape holding in & batteries low with no back up batteries. Kitchen is dark, stick up light over sink had dead batteries. Patio space had only 2 plastic chairs & deck box, no table so no meals on the patio. Offered 2 baths, but baths are inside bathrooms, so with our 2 teens (boy/girl) it wasn’t very convenient. No hand soap in bathrooms, or dish soap samples, only 1 dish towel & rag. pool area was small. For price paid we were not impressed. Liked the area, just won’t book here again.

Was a great stay incredible views

Check in was a bit of a hassle didn’t get any info on how to check in when arriving to the property had to call the emergency line after driving 5 hours to find out what unit I had purchased no communication with the contact what so ever after a few emails and calls very hard to get ahold of especially after business hours other than that no issue room was clean very quiet great view of the beach and ocean hot tub was hot and felt great the heated pool no so much heated

Hermosa propiedad, muy limpio todo , la vista al mar espectacular, todo perfecto, excepto los vecinos que se salian a fumar marihuana al balcón y ya no podíamos disfrutar de la tranquilidad de la hermosa vista al mar , pero todo perfecto y lo que muestran en las fotos son reales ! Volvería a reservarlo ♥️
