Memorial day thru Labor day this unit is a weekly rental only from Saturday to Saturday.

Comfortable and cozy 2 bed room condo on 2nd floor, located right in the heart of the popular Crescent Beach area of North Myrtle Beach. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, faces the ocean and has an adjoining bathroom with a tub/shower combo and toilet. Calm and relaxing ocean sounds will drift you off to sleep. The 2nd bedroom has a full size bed and adjoining bathroom with spacious stall shower and toilet. Flat screen tv's in the living room and both bedrooms. Living room couch pulls out to a full size sleeper. Fully stocked kitchen with updated appliances and washer/dryer combo in the unit. Private balcony faces the ocean for absolutely spectacular views! Keyless entry for easy access.
We are an owner managed condo and live here at San-A-Bel. Our prices include bed linens and bath towels. The condos at San-A-Bel are small but comfortable and just perfect for your beach vacation. There many amenities here to make your stay enjoyable....outdoor hot tub, indoor pool, fitness room, patio lounge area, BBQ grills. San-A-Bel is an oceanfront complex so you are just steps away from the beach. There are multiple levels of parking and 2 elevators. Located in North Myrtle Beach, San-A-Bel is close to everything...shopping, beautiful golf courses, entertainment and restaurants galore! Parasailing and Banana Boat rides are right on the beach.

1) Motorcycles are only permitted on the ground level of the parking garage.
2) Trailers of any type are not permitted in the parking garage...they must be

special parking pass because of the limited trailer parking spaces.

Freezing in Myrtle Beach

It was small but nice and very clean. Bathrooms could use updated. Kitchen was wonderful. The hostess provided everything you could need to cook, and it was super clean. The porch was great and even sort of warm when it was freezing on the beach! Access to the beach was great!

Mer et condo confortable. Le bonheur!

Le condo est très confortable. Le balcon avec vue directe sur la mer est bien aménagé. Nous avons pris tous nos repas à l'extérieur afin de regarder les dauphins et écouter la mer, Les lits sont confortables. La cuisine est bien équipée et rien ne manque. Les serviettes sont abondances et il y a 2 sets de draps pour chaque lit. Super pratique d'avoir laveuse et sécheuse dans le condo. Superbe accueil à notre arrivée par Carol. Toujours un plaisir de la rencontrer à la mer, à la piscine ou dans le parking, Plaisir assuré! Communications super faciles avec Tom et Carol. On sera là en octobre prochain!

Just perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at this fantastic property! Communication with Tom was great and then we had the pleasure of meeting Carol as we were packing to go home. The condo was just right for us, as a family of 4, and very convenient location to everything. The view from the balcony and the bedroom window couldn't be beat, and the distance to the beach was quite literally right out the front door! Would stay here again in a heart beat and I think we're already planning it for next year! Thank you for sharing your property with us 🙂

Wonderful location

This location is great! Enclosed pool and hot tub! My only negative which has nothing to do with property was no ramp had to go down stairs with beach items.

Absolutely NO complaints!

We usually pick a house and have never stayed in Myrtle Beach area because of high-rises and so many people but price and reviews of this place made us venture out and we were very pleased and satisfied - our wants being simple: 2 bathrooms, beachfront(excellent!), price excellent, and all else was sufficient. It is a smaller unit but we felt it was cozy. Thanks so much and it is a strong contender for a return.

The check in process couldn’t have been any easier. Ocean view was amazing and we were just steps from the sand. Tom and Carol’s hospitality was great! Would definitely return again.

Small but cozy

Great condo in a great location parking was a breeze. And the room is just steeps from the elevator. The condo was spotless when we arrived and plenty of towels and linens were provided any information we needed was conveyed via text and a personal note left to us on the counter. The property manager greated us shortly after we and introduced herself which was a great touch. The condo included everything you may need for your beach stay fully equipped kitchen. All 3 TVs have a full range of cable channels to watch if your just in the room relaxing.Washer and dryer two full baths and some beach toys on the balcony. We will definitely be recommending this condo to anyone looking to stay in the area. I will be back ourselves next time we visit.

Ocean front

The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen and living area were very nice size and we had all the paper towels, kitchen towels and toilet paper we needed. Well stocked condo. Dishes were plentiful. It was a very nice condo and Tom was very communicative. Beautiful view and nice sized balcony with plenty of seating.

Will stay here again...felt like home!

From the time we booked Tom, was very polite and answered any questions we had very quickly. When we arrived we were very happy with the condo. The condo is one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed. The area is really quiet and everyone was so so nice. The owners Tom and Carol could not have been more welcoming! Carol made sure we had enough towels, etc...she was so sweet. My son lost his necklace at the pool, and Carol found it and is going to mail it back to us. We haven't been to Myrtle Beach in several years but next time we come we will definitely stay here!

Great Condo

This is our second stay at this property. Thomas is always available to answer any questions you may have. We love the location and also the easy access to the beach. The condo is always clean. It has great views from the balcony. I enjoy watching the sunrises in the morning. I recommend this property if you are staying in the area.

We had an amazing time. The place was exactly as advertised. Carol was wonderiful in every way.

We will definitely go back! Being on the beach to watch the sunrise every morning was incredible. Carol and Tom are such caring owners and do whatever they can to make your stay enjoyable!! The best time ever
