Summary:
This 3 Bedroom 2.5 bathroom is a contemporary modern 3-story townhome with a massive rooftop deck and gorgeous skyline views! Fully renovated in 2020, the property has all the latest features and finishes that you would expect in a luxury new home. The location is close to everything - Nasher Sculpture Center, Dallas Love Field, and a lot more! When you are done exploring Dallas, come home to with complimentary Starbucks coffee. Parking included with a garage!

The Space:
The house is spacious yet cozy, suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Parking included with a garage!

Bedroom 1: 1 king bed
Bedroom 2: 1 king bed
Bedroom 3: 2 full beds
Living/Common Area: 1 sofa bed

Stairs may be required; wheelchair not accessible.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire place. **Note that the neighbor is responsible for curbing garbage and would need to enter our garage on trash days each week to grab the trash can and also to put the trash can back afterwards (trash day is Friday morning, so neighbor would usually grab the trash can Thursday evening and bring it back into the garage Friday evening)!**

The Neighborhood:
One of the best locations - perfectly situated between all city neighborhoods. Quick Uber to both airports and all city venues.

Getting Around:
Walkable to restaurants and bars. A short Uber/Lyft ride or drive to all the major attractions Dallas has to offer.

Other Things to Note:
Security camera/recording device — Front - Facing entrance; camera is turned on 24/7 (no audio) and records people coming in/out of the listing.

Check-in 4 PM, check-out 11 AM ($75/hr late fee)
$200 penalty for removing smoke detectors
$200 penalty for lost key fobs
No outside guests without permission
One towel per guest per stay
Valid photo ID required to complete the booking

ESA (Emotional Support Animal): A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences.

To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.

Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be:
1. 22 years old for out of town guests
2. 25 years old for local guests

No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.

Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.

Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.

Note that all guests are required to submit a $200 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35 non-refundable damage waiver.

TERRIBLE PLACE

If I could give zero stars I would. From the check in process to the 12 hours of our intended 4 day stay. The directions to the property were of no help. Upon entering the weed smell and towels on the floor of the first bathroom were already setting the stage for the worst property I’ve ever seen. There were ladders in the hall. The ozone machine still sitting on the counter. The rooms had the bed configurations just up against the walls, nothing like the listings. The walls were dirty with foot prints. There were literal holes in the wall from what looked like a recent electrical fix in the bathroom, which we learned also meant none of the outlets in the bathroom worked. The rooftop “oasis” was a tent that had missing walls that were strewn about the rooftop. Trash was all over the place up there. The towels were those thin towels you use in the garage. The couch has horrendous stains. The pictures of this place looked incredible, so clean, well maintained and lots of amenities. The reality was a nightmare. We had a packed weekend and had to stay the night after spending 45 min trying to locate the front door. We had an early morning and ended up coming back from our event early on the first day just to move out because we couldn’t stay there.

Golf trip was rained out but made the most of it

As advertised. Very clean and easy check in … just make sure you’re on the right street. The location is central to uptown, downtown and not too far from lower Greenville. While close to the freeway, I didn’t notice the noise while sleeping at all and I’m a light sleeper.

Big Place, Great Location

This place was much bigger than I expected and close to just about everything we wanted to do in Dallas. The road noise was a little loud on the roof but inside it wasn't bad at all. The beds were comfortable and having our own garage was a huge plus for getting unloaded and parking. Property manager was very attentive and answered all my questions extrememly quick. Great bang for your buck!
