— HOUSE RULES:
• No parties or events allowed.
• No smoking.

NOTES:
• A signed Booking Agreement is required for all reservations before check-in.
• A $225 non-refundable pet fee applies.
• Dogs must be leashed at all times outside the property.
• April 1 – September 30: Dogs are allowed on the beach before 9 AM and after 5 PM. | October 1 – March 31: Dogs are allowed on the beach anytime.
• Boats, trailers, jet skis, kayaks, canoes, and similar items are NOT allowed to be parked in the driveway. They must be stored in the garage when not in use.
