Very clean and modern condo

This info is perfect for two couples or two friends. It is walking distance to historic downtown Livingston. The owner was so helpful when I needed to make a last minute change.

Such a walkable gem!

This loft was so perfect for our stay! This was my 3rd time visiting Livingston for work and I knew I wanted to be close to its great downtown. Everything about the property was exactly what we needed, but another full bath would have made it even better. Clean, comfortable beds. The toilets and train are noisy, but not deal breakers.

Worked very well for family of 4 on our visit to Yellowstone National Park. Condo is in a convenient location to shopping and food plus a very nice/safe feeling neighborhood. Active train in town was a bit noisy but we were so tired at the end of the day we didn’t care. Very clean and comfortable. Bonus nice kitchen gear and knives were provided.

Comfortable, well equipped loft in very convenient location.

Great location - near downtown restaurants and markets; near trains, but good sound proofing and earplugs supplied (we weren’t bothered by trains). Well equipped kitchen; very comfortable bed in loft; tastefully decorated and comfortable. Garage and bedroom with half bath on ground floor with outside entrance. Communications with owner extremely helpful. Recommend this property for comfortable in-town stay.

I appreciate your review. The owner's reply is as follows: "I’m so glad you had a comfortable stay! I’m just curious, why the 4 star review? I’d love to know what could be done to turn this to a 5 star review. I take pride in my home and want to be sure those who stay are 100% comfortable and happy with my home. Thank you for you stay and positive comments:) Best, Amanda"

Fantastic!

This property was perfect for our stay. The separate apartment downstairs was perfect for my 25 year old son staying with us because it gave him his "own" space. The kitchen appliances/utensils were very nice and used because we cooked in several nights. might suggest a grater and pasta spoon as additional utensils.

Beautiful loft in a great location

The place was very clean and in a great location close to downtown. It was well stocked with the essentials like towels, bedding, cooking equipment and utensils, shampoo and body wash. It was exactly what we were looking for our stay in Livingston.
