This home was very nice for our family and the location was perfect for attending our granddaughter’s wedding at a venue in Middleburg. I even shared the listing with the owner of All for One Farms where the wedding was held. She will be referring in the future to out of town guests.It was so nice to sit out on the back porch and enjoy the serenity of the creek and grounds. Thank you for sharing your home with our family for this joyous occasion.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The home was spotless and perfect. The scenery and views were breathtaking. I had the pleasure of meeting the owners briefly, and they were kind and accommodating. Definitely looking forward to coming back and staying a bit longer!

Our family enjoyed our stay! The screened in porch was nice to relax on after a day of being out and about. The hot tub was nice to soothe the tired muscles after walking and shopping. The host are very easy to communicate with. Check-in and checkout are very easy. We would recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the area.

The rental home was as described. However, it would have been nice if the outside fans in the lanai/hot tub/ and dock worked. Non of them were functioning (did not work). Some of the jets in the hot tub also did not work. In other vacation homes I’ve rented, there was a “welcome book with information, as well as a book for guests to sign… that would have felt warm and welcoming. I expected ingredients for s’mores, since they called it the S’mores —-There were no set of knives, and only light blend coffee cups which appeared to be left overs from the previous guests for the Kurick style coffee maker (and no reg size coffee maker). Also, no creamers or Splenda! Only 2 laundry small detergent packs. All of the outside furniture was dirty, and most had spider webs. It was okay, I guess…but I was a little disappointed due to the above.

We will check the hot tub jets and outdoor fans—thank you for mentioning them. A few of the other items were already in place or outside what we provide. A s’mores kit was left on the kitchen table in the labeled box. We include starter supplies as listed—coffee pods, toiletries, paper towels, toilet paper, and laundry pods. We use the Keurig shown in the listing, not a drip maker, and we do not provide creamers, Splenda, or supplies beyond the starter kit. There is a full set of knives in the kitchen. Outdoor furniture is wiped down regularly, but this is a wooded creek setting, so dust and webs can return quickly in rainy season. We put the details in the listing, agreement, and arrival email so guests know what to expect. If something isn’t where you thought it would be, please just ask—we’re always happy to help. Wonderful stay with family!!

Stayed with family for a nearby wedding and it was excellent for all age ranges and conveniently located to the wedding venue! Would love to stay again for another family gathering!

Fantastic stay in Middleburg

This property was perfect for our family of 9. Lots of space for us to eat together and spread out, and hot tub overlooking the black creek was very nice.

Wonderful Stay

My family and I were so impressed with this home. They had everything you could ever need to have a comfortable stay. The location was AMAZING being right on the water with so much room to do outdoor activities.

Great quiet spot in Middleburg, we’ll be back!

Great cozy stay! Comfy beds and linens. Love the porch and the lake view and vibes. Sue and Bart were great hosts.

Weekend Host

The family we hosted really enjoyed their stay. The tranquility and convenience of the location as well as the amenities were perfect for their needs and comfort. Their kids said that their first time "hammocking" was great! Thanks for a great vacation!

Family Getaway- Fun and Quietness

This home felt very fitting to the area. Easy drive to some activities. Loved the quietness and serenity of the porch and listening to nature. Some great places to eat within a reasonable driving distance.
