The House was amazing! Had a family get-together for my wedding down the street & Had plenty of space , rooms were clean and very comfortable beds.. communication with the host was excellent and prompt. Definitely worth every penny!

Listing very accurate. We stayed for a family wedding weekend that was at La Ventura grove in Switzerland. House is perfect for a large family. It has two walk in showers which is hard to find! The downstairs bedroom and bathroom are perfect for someone that has mobility issues. Dominoes and Dunkin Doughnuts a block away.

The Whitehouse worked very well for our large family visit. We had relatives here from all over the country for our Senior Mothers Memorial Weekend. There are actually 3 full bathrooms in the huge home (& a half bath too-which was a pleasant surprise) The large yard allowed us to play a little croquet & whiffle ball after the church services. There were plenty of pots/pans, dishes/silverware in the lovely remodeled kitchen. Our host was very welcoming & accommodating after a brief glitch, so a good time was had by all. Would definitely recommend to others….

Absolutely amazing property! We loved staying here. We live in st Aug and got married in Callahan so it was perfect for some of the bridal party to come back to hang out and stay! The rooms are spacious and well kept. It has a vintage feel to it but still nice. Owner was very nice and even offered us to come check the property out before our stay just to look around. (I thought that was a very nice touch) Would definitely recommend for a big family to come and stay!

Great property for large groups!

We had an excellent stay and had plenty of room for our family to get together for a wedding in the Green Cove Springs area. Excellent communication with the host through the app. Beautiful older home but it was clean and very spacious!

Great Home for whole family

We brought 9 people down to stay at the White House and it accommodated our family perfectly. It had so many options for entertainment areas and would be a great location for a bridal party or family reunion The location is beautiful and close to everything. The host was very responsive. We will definitely be staying here next summer when we come back to see family.

This house is spacious and beautiful. Everything was well stocked and very clean. There was plenty of room for our group of friends/family. The outdoor space was perfect for hanging out and relaxing. Having a bathroom out there was very helpful. Parking was plentiful as we brought 3 boats with us. The location was close to everything and a short drive to the boat ramp. Overall we had a great experience and highly recommend this home.

Lovely visit

Our son’s wedding was at The Clay Theatre in Green Cove Springs, and this house was very close by the venue. GMy husband and I and 4 extended family members stayed and were very comfortable. The house is lovely with updated kitchen and bathrooms and every comfort provided. It’s a love property and the owner was very responsive.

Spacious and clean

This charming old house was clean and suitable for our party of 7 that included 3 children ages 4 and under. We had plenty of sleeping options and the kids had space to run around and play. We were about 45 minutes from the beach and activities in Jacksonville. Having a kitchen was nice and we made a few meals. I'd stay here again.

Great, eclectic house on beautiful property

Quirky, eclectic house, with lots of living space. The outdoor space here is amazing. It'd be nice if the bathroom situation was a little better. There are lots of outdoor cameras, if that bothers you. Overall, great house, and very responsive owner. We'd stay here again for sure.

Wedding prep

We were in Green Cove for a wedding and stayed at the White House to get dressed, etc for the wedding. It is a lovely location with a lot of outdoor entertaining space, and you can see the river from the driveway.Very clean and well maintained. Has all the beauty and charm of an older home, but with updated features and amenities. Lots of room for a large family or group.The owner was very accessible and replied promptly to any questions I had.Definitely a 10/10 VRBO experience!

Easter Wedding

Combined my children with their families and a friend with kids to babysit while we attended the wedding Saturday. Had an Easter Egg hunt in the property, several times. Spacious home with 3.5 baths and enough room with even an extra bedroom. Great yard and outdoor bar area. Resident Eleanor, the outdoor cat, was a big hit with the kids as well. Owner was very communicative when needed and checked in on us within first 24 hours to see if we were needing anything. Great kitchen as well!

Friendly, Helpful Hosts A Cat

The host was very helpful and responsive! They were great. The house was not as clean as is the typical standard but was not truly dirty by any means! There is a cat that lives on the property and that was a surprise element but otherwise this house was a good fit for our large family!
