We felt so at home here. Amenities were great including dog amenities so our dog felt right at home too. We visited with two young kids so the park next door and walking distance to restaurants and the beach made everything easy!

Loved it! Spiral staircase is a bit steep if you have little ones but the property was exactly as described, clean and in a great location!

Stayed for the Newport Marathon. Terrific location (central from start and finish line).House had everything needed and was clean and owner was extremely easy to talk. Would definitely stay again if in town.

Awesome stay! This was our second time staying here and we loved it. Our kids loved the loft, it was close walking distance to the beach and downtown Nye Beach area. It was good for our dog too - very happy to have a clean, thoughtful, pet friendly place to stay. We’ll be back for sure. Thank you!

Spacious master bedroom and bathroom! It was nice to have laundry detergent pods provided! We didn’t realize how pet friendly the space would be (dog bed, water bowls, sheets, and towels). We had some people with sensitive allergies that were triggered when sitting in the living room. This place would be perfect for people with pets!We enjoyed our stay, just didn’t love all the pet items around the house. I would suggest putting all the pet items in one place for people to grab what they need.

Washing machine was broken which we were told about 4 days before our stay. It was inconvenient with sanding and wet towels and clothing etc. we had to pack more clothing items than we would have liked. They did reimburse us 100 after asking for discount. House is cute and has everything you need. Dog friendly items was nice touch. Needs to be cleaned more thoroughly. Eyelash strips on floor in bathroom, dirty window sill, lint on carpet, etc. but location was perfect, so close to beach and shops and good restaurants and coffee. Second time staying. We would stay again.

We are glad we could host Jason's group. And glad their dog had fun, sometimes I think we have more dog amenities than people amenities at the house.

The house is very cute and well stocked. The kitchen had everything you could need and there were lots of towels etc. and board games. The master is large with a lovely big bathroom. The third floor hang out room is fun if you have teens with you. There are lots of dog towels/bowls made me wish we had brought our pup with us! The location is fantastic, close to the beach and all the shops, bars and restaurants. The instructions are very clear and there is a binder with lots of local info. We would love to go back!!

Great Place

The house is very nice, and is a quick walk to the beach. It’s also just around the corner from a great breakfast place, and many other dining options. We had a great time.
