Loved this place again. Dog friendly, nice neighbors, secluded yet close to lots of things. Beautiful views, beautiful beach, just stunning. Thanks, Tom, for sharing your piece of heaven with us.

Beautiful views, comfortable beds, & well stocked kitchen (bring your own cheese grater).Several levels so lots of stairs. Entry from parking would not work for anyone with mobility issues, as well as beach access.Otherwise, quiet and restful getaway.

Another great stay at the Otter Rock beach house! We love the gorgeous view, the balcony and the beach access down the road. Comfortable beds and linens. We appreciate the upgrades they continue to make over time!

We had a wonderful stay at the Isolated Beach house. The house was comfortable and the kitchen stocked with all the utensils, pots and dinnerware we needed. The view from the living room and deck is wonderful, we watched whales from the living room window.The private access to the beach made for a short walk to the ocean.Tom was a super host , very responsive and provided all the information we needed for our stay.We look forward to staying at the home again in the future.

The lake cabin was AMAZING. The view was beautiful. We enjoyed our coffee on the balcony watching seals, eagles, and surfers. The walk to the beach was quick and easy to get to. There was everything we needed to enjoy the cabin and the beach. The host's communication was quick and the check in process seamless. We would definitely stay there again next time.

The trail from the driveway to the house was very dangerous uneven and narrow and has a huge step up without any handrails. The steps from the road to the house were over run with ivy and no hand rails. The rope they had strung along the step was no support and at the end was by my ankles. Very dangerous The house has a beautiful view on all four levels. The description of the house boasts new furniture and carpet (how long ago was this description written?)

The property was so convenient to being able to walk to the beach and several attractions such as Devils Punch Bowl and the Tide Pools. We also walked to Beverly Beach. The access to the beach is a bit treacherous but the view from the top deck of the house was amazing.

It's a beautiful place to stay! The house was clean, kitchen is well stocked, everything you could possibly need. The beds were very compfy, nice soft linens, nice pillows. I think the lower level bedroom is especially welcoming!Be aware, there are 3 flights of stairs, in the house. the house is not on the beach, as I thought from the pictures. But, is accessible & has just a gorgeous view!

The home definitely was as advertised, isolated and peaceful, private and very quiet! The home was clean and completely stocked, there was nothing we needed. What a treat it was to get to stay there! Can't recommend it enough! Thank you Tom!

Excellent view of the ocean with surfers. Lovely, uncrowded beach. Great deck. The house is just 6 miles from Newport so it is in a quiet neighborhood yet it is easy to get to restaurants and stores. The TV did not turn on but that could have just been a battery issue. The lighting in the living room and kitchen leave a lot of room for improvement. There is a ceiling track light and one dim lamp in the living room. A couple of floor lamps would be great for people who read. The kitchen has a stove hood light and a light over the sink. No under the counter task lighting which is so cheap and easy to install.

This property has a spectacular view of the ocean and a quick walk down to the beach (so long as you are able bodied). Highlights are the deck with spectacular views of the ocean, nicely, updated bathrooms, and an updated kitchen as well as views from all three bedrooms, the dining room and the living room.There are four levels to the house, so access involves walking up and downstairs to get between the bedrooms and the bathroom and the kitchen/living room.The carpet and some of the interior elements are old and the apartment has a very musty smell. We were able to spend most of our time outdoors and sit out on the deck. With the windows open it wasn’t too bad.The parking was a little bit, tricky too as the road is narrow and steep, coming down to the driveway, which is also narrow.We were able to park two cars in the driveway, however. Location of the rental is near otter rock, and there are some beautiful bluffs overlooking the ocean. We were able to see whales sitting on the deck!This unit will be that much better once the carpets are replaced and deep cleaning to remove the mildew smellOwner was very responsive and easy to work with for our needs.
