That's wonderful you liked the nice & clean unit for your stay! You were able to check-in right away with the keyless door access code we sent within your procedures, however the issue was that the resort didn't open the email we sent confirming your reservation & did not give you the common grounds keys right away, but we made them fix it right away as soon as you made us aware. We agree there is so much to do here and we're glad you enjoyed those amazing views! Thank you for your 5-star review!

We are upfront & transparent in our property description on Vrbo and that is correct there is at least 1 working elevator per the building which is why we state such at the very top of our property description. In the same disclosure we have been updating the evolving information regarding any amenities after our beach community was hit with back to back hurricanes. Please keep in mind we provide & update this information to read before booking so you know exactly what to expect to make an informed decision based on what is important to you for your stay. The kiddie pool and pool closure are disclosed in the property description prior to booking so guests are aware before making their reservation. We understand this may still have been disappointing if it was overlooked. As noted in the listing prior to booking, the building is undergoing extensive restoration following hurricane damage. During this time, the pools are unavailable, beach access is available via the neighboring property, and construction activity and exterior conditions are to be expected. We understand these circumstances are not ideal, but they are outside of our control as they are managed by the condominium association. We appreciate your feedback and regret that the building-wide restoration affected your stay.
