Thank you for your review, we are sorry the experience at our Litchfield Park home was not 5 stars. As we explained the heat for the pool and hot tub are controlled by an app requiring internet access. Unfortunately due a highly unusual prolonged internet outage on one night of your stay the app did not function. We hope you will consider a return stay and look forward to hosting you again soon. Great vacation home in Litchfield Park

This was a great property, would definitely return! My only 4 star was for cleanliness as the floors weren't spotless, but other than that, it was an amazing stay!

Thank you for your review of our Litchfield Park home, pleased to hear you enjoyed your stay and the experience was 5 STARS! I will share your comments with our housekeeping team regarding the floors. Since we are in off season (summer) the house has been vacant for a while, and there was service traffic in the house between the last cleaning and your arrival causing the floors to become slightly dirty. We hope you can return soon! Mike & Kerry Host Up AZ
