Walk everywhere, or take the tram. We are so close to the heart of Surfers Paradise and the beach. This luxurious spacious waterfront home spans over 3 levels with spectacular city skyline views, this architecturally designed 4 bedroom 4 bathroom home will command your instant attention.
Creating a sense of serenity and spaciousness with ample space for the whole family or extended family living. TV’s in all bedrooms.
We are able to add in two rollaway beds should you need extra bedding.

LOCATION

Nestled in in quiet part of Surfers Paradise. Located just 400 metres from the beach and a 800m walk to the heart of Surfers Paradise. Just a 250m walk to tram stops and 8 minutes to the very best restaurants and coffee shops. Leave the car and walk 5 mins to the heart of Surfers Paradise.

Offering an expansive luxurious space this three level villa is the epitome of luxury and pleasure.

This architecturally designed residence boasts a large open plan light filled living, dining and lounge area. Large floor to ceiling windows and doors creates an impression of space, style and quality.

Property was magnificent and stocked with little things that made life easier - absolutely worth the price. Racquel was also lovely and helpful which is always a bonus when staying somewhere new.

The house was beautifully presented, and wow what a house.The little extra things this property has is amazing.The location is only a short walk to Cavill Ave yet so peacefully enough distance away.The pool was set at the perfect temperature as we are from Melbourne, so was lovely.Racquel was so easy to deal with, making our stay incredible.We will be back!!

Stunning property great location

This property was everything I hoped from a Gold Coast holiday home. The property was immaculate spacious and lovely to be in. Location couldn’t have been better. Quiet street but still close to everything, Highly recommend this property

Beautiful property

Beautiful large home with plenty of room for two families to enjoy. The location is a short walk to the heart of Surface. Everything you need in a holiday house is there and the host was easy to deal with an easy check in process.
