This condominium complex is great for families, with two pools and a splash pad, a nice playground, a game room and easy access to the beach. The unit we rented is very nicely decorated and comfortable. However, our biggest issue with it was the dirty floors. Upon checking in, I had to vacuum due to the visible sand and dust. But more annoying was how dirty the floors were. We had to wear shoes because our feet or socks became black if we didn’t. For the price we paid, this is unacceptable. In addition, we were given multiple room keys, but only one actually opened the door. A keyless entry would be a nice upgrade, especially for a beachfront condo. If the cleaning situation can be fixed, I would highly recommend this unit. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well supplied.

Updated beach property

My family and I had a great time at the Sea Watch! The room was perfect for us, and it had updated and comfortable furniture. The building was large but surprisingly easy to navigate with many amenities. We plan to stay in the future.

Good morning, Thank you for taking the time to review our property. We are sorry it was not cleaned to your satisfaction. I am glad we could send the cleaners back for you. The linens are not being provided is in the property description, on your lodging agreement, and then again on your notice received a few days before your arrival. I am sorry you did not see it.

Thermostat

We had a nest thermostat which we figured owner was controlling. Called rental agents they said no, owner was not controlling. Go to you tube and it will tell you how to set it down as it was to warm. That worked until Friday night when the owner set the temp back up. Liars somewhere! To bad , nice place, ass for an owner, never to return to that unit. Rental staff and Sea Watch staff were all great. Bad owner!

From the Owner: Sorry that the thermostat was an issue. We don’t set it while a guest is staying there. It has a schedule function that may have been set by previous guests. In addition to entering your own schedule settings, you have to delete the previous ones. I clear the schedule from time to time but will clear it more frequently in response to your issue.“

Great Unit. Great Location

We've stayed at Sea Watch 4 times in the last 6 years. This unit was probably the nicest as far as up-to-date decor and appliances and such. Nice view, but I think I prefer to be on a lower level for the future simply due to the amount of elevator stops getting to the 18th floor. Very clean, bathrooms were great, beds and pillows were comfortable - even the twin trundle bed which is where I ended up a lot of nights with our 7-month old =) A couple minor things I'd like to see in the future - 1.hangers... there were none to hang up any clothes. 2. A notepad - we needed to jot down some things and had to use paper plates. 3. Some wall hooks for hats, towels, etc when walking into the unit would've been nice. All in all this was a very nice stay. Sea Watch will always be a favorite of ours. Lots to do close by and great resort!
