Unit 13 Florentine is located an easy 15-minute walk into the heart of Nelson Bay, short walk to the Diggers Club and directly across from the child friendly Little Beach which is perfect swimming conditions for families young and old, you might even see a Dolphin swim past The reserve provides free BBQ and picnic table facilities, public toilets, and a boat ramp.

Little beach is also home to Little Beach Boathouse where you can sit back on the below deck and have a cocktail watching the sunset or venture upstairs to experience a fresh modern Australian cuisine of superb cooked local produce.

This three-bedroom unit has just been re-furbished to provide a chic contemporary feel. Positioned to take full advantage of the stunning water views from the balcony, living/ dining area, main bedroom and second bedroom. Imagine waking up in the morning and opening the blinds to the beautiful water views this unit has to offer.

There is an open plan living/ dining area with a ceiling fan, Smart TV, unlimited Wi-Fi and sound bar, the living area opens out onto the alfresco dining area where you can sit back and take in the stunning views.

Three large bedrooms all with ceiling fans and the main having spectacular views, split system air conditioner, Smart TV, Walk in Robe, access to the balcony and an extra-large ensuite with spa bath, shower, toilet, and separate vanity area.

There is a second living area with another Smart TV, DVD player and ceiling fan which is perfect for the kids to enjoy their own space. The property provides a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities, dishwasher, microwave, and large bench space to prepare the meals.

The main bathroom has a bath, shower, vanity and separate toilet and the property provides an internal laundry with top loader washing machine, dryer, and double secure undercover parking.

Relax by the shared complex sunny pool with large deck area, read a book on your balcony or head across the road to drop a line into water, it is difficult to imagine a more perfect location to enjoy your next holiday.

Please note there will be works commencing at this complex from the 1st of September and run until the 27th of October.

The complex also has a lift that goes from the parking straight to your door - no stairs to worry about.

Furnishings - big disappointment

Fantastic location/ocean views. However, double bed mattresses big disappointment as were the lounge/one arm chair in living room...no info re electricals.....and for the very expensive price NO LINEN... IS A VERY BIG NO NO....carpet mats in living room... filthy... and dining chairs cheap plastic... not in keeping with rental. Requires spraying as we saw large coachroaches !!!!! Lack of air cond - only one in large unit... and no excuses....Blankets needed washing !!!!! AGAIN, ALL IN ALL VERY BIG DISAPOINTMENT. TWO VISITS IN ONE....

Very good lovely view. Some of the lights inside appear to have blown, so recommend check & replace. Otherwise great stay.

Beautiful apartment

Spacious, light, clean, well appointed apartment. Comfortable beds and lounges. Secure parking with internal access from garage. Nice pool . Extensive views across Nelson Bay with spectacular sunsets.😃 two toilet rolls for 6 people for 3days 😏
