If you are looking for a centrally located condo that is fun and family friendly, this is it! Casa 29 is walking distance to the world famous Tamarindo surfing beach, shops, and restaurants. Casa 29 will offer you a cozy and peacful place to start and end your adventures each day.

Centrally located to everything Tamarindo has to offer including the beach, bars, restaurants and nightlife. The unit is in a complex called Villa Verde 2, off a quiet residential street and a 7 minute walk from the beach on a dirt road. The complex has two pools, parking, and 24 hour security.

There are two (2) bedrooms upstairs. The master has a queen bed with attached bathroom. A second guest bedroom has a Full Size bed also with attached bathroom. Both bedrooms have outdoor balconies, AC units, ceiling fans, dressers and closets for ample storage. In the downstairs living area the couch has a foldout bed as well.

The main level living area is built for comfort as you prepare for your days out or relax after a day of adventure. A fully-functional kitchen and large bartop style dining table makes it easy for eating and socializing in an open concept environment. The bartop table doubles as a generous work space if you choose to work remotely, with high speed internet. There is a SmartTV in the living area. There is also a washer and dryer unit in a mudroom available for use.

The condo is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.

The condo is managed by a local property management company so there will be local support should anything happen during your visit. They are also your on-site Concierge so please do not hesitate to contact them with your Transportation and Tour Booking Requests.

Beautifully renovated. Very comfortable new pillowtop mattress beds, and hotel quality linens. Well outfitted kitchen.

Great location. Enjoyed the main bedroom, comfy bed. Owner was communicative & helpful. Quiet at night. Condo security friendly. Glad we had a kitchen as Tamarindo food expensive.

Excellent

Perfect stay in Tamarindo, near the beach, bars and center (7min walk). Only the wifi didn't work because of a storm but Marco was always trying to solve the problem. Thanks!!

Perfect stay, hughly recommend

The condo is very cosy and comfortable. Exactly like in the pictures. It has a completly furnished kitchen and the AC works perfectly! You can see that the appartment got decorated with love and high quality furniture. The beach is a 6 minutes walk and the city centre about 3 minutes walk. The location is perfect! Marco is an amzaing host, he is super welcoming. He replied to our messages very quickly and gave us the best insights for Tamarindo and surroundings. I would Highly recommend!

Just What We Needed

This 2 bedroom condo was perfect for our stay in Tamarindo. It is perfectly laid out for the size of it, and had everything we needed for a relaxing few days in Tamarindo ( even some howler monkeys in the trees across the street ). Marco was quick to respond when I texted him, and the neighbours are super friendly. One of them even took us on a quick tour as soon as we got there ( he was outside his door when we arrived ) to show restaurants, groceries, shops, etc. Everyone in that complex was super friendly and helpful. True testament of Pura Vida

Playa Tamarindo is a beautiful beach town with all the amenities walking distance. The most beautiful beaches like Playa Grande, Playa Avallanes and many more are about 30 minutes driving distance.

The location of the property is perfect. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood. It is walking distance from the beach, the center of the city, the great restaurants, the markets… the apartment itself is decorated with love and it just feels like a home!
