Our family-friendly home is your home away from home. We are walking distance to the beach, boardwalk and downtown restaurants.

New inground salt water pool, 1/2 block to private beach in the south end of town with 6 beach passes provided. 4 bedroom, plus 1 sofa sleepers in the living room. 2 full bathrooms. Washer and dryer on site. Outdoor gameroom in the oversized boat garage perfect for kids or adults alike! Plenty of off street parking for 4-6 cars. Furry family members welcome (for a small fee)!

Must be 25 or older to rent and must supply your own linens and towels.

Gayle was very easy to communicate with. This property is close to the beach and boardwalk. We walked most places. The pool is a huge bonus especially with little kids. The garage was a nice area for playing games. Gas fire pit was great for relaxing at and make s’mores with the little ones. We found Point Pleasant to be a very family friendly area. We plan to visit again.

Loved this house!

This house, and Gayle, were great! The accommodations, the location, the pool- all made for a perfect Point Pleasant vacation. Would absolutely stay again.

Great house and excellent location

Best of all worlds..great house..close to the boardwalk and beach for entertainment and a walk to bay head for quite time, coffee and breakfast. The pool was awesome too!

Great vacation!

Excellent Family Vacation Home

There’s a ton of entertainment for children and adults and a pool on site. Very close to the beach. Gayle is extremely communicative and accommodating. We’ve stayed here two summers and plan on coming back many more times.

Awesome house and property

We had a great time at this property. The pool is great, the boat garage is awesome for hanging out if the weather isn't great! The location is perfect. Close to beach and boardwalk but not to close. Gayle is an awesome host and we would absolutely recommend!!

Clean home, great for families

Beautifully kept home with lots to do for adults and kids alike. Pool was amazing as was the game room. Close enough to the beach and boardwalk but far enough way that the street was quiet. Owner was very friendly and responsive.

Perfect house so close to the beach!

The house couldn’t have been more perfect! Gayle is absolutely amazing to work with! She is fast to reply and make sure your stay is perfect, which it was! My son loved the pool , and the close proximity to the beach! Can’t wait to come back!

Great attention to detail.

I planned this rental a year ago so that I can start a tradition with my daughters, their significant others, and my grandchildren. We couldn’t be more pleased with the way the house was set up for relaxing and entertaining. When you’re staying in the house, you can enjoy every attention to detail that the host has put into it. It was nice walking to the beach, having lots of fun on the boardwalk, dipping in the pool, and enjoying the outside game room every evening. Gayle, the host, was so nice and always available to answer questions. I would definitely rent again!

A lovely getaway

The home was perfect for my family and my sister's. We had lovely stay during July 4th week. The walk to the beach was easy and there were lots of other things to do locally when it was rainy or overcast within walking distance or a short drive. However, we mostly stayed at the beach or the house. The pool area was beautiful and perfect for relaxing, swimming and hanging out with a range of kids from 5-18. Garage space was ideal for when they wanted time away from the adults. House was ready for people who cook- both inside and on the grill. Lots of cooking utensils to make things easy. Didn't have a lot of contact with the host but when it was needed, Gayle was super responsive and helpful. Fantastic house!

Great location!

This house is at a good location to the beach. however to enter beach it is a block away. The house was nice, but definitely was not worth the price we paid. The kitchen was stocked, but the pots and pans nonstick was all scratched, the cooking utensils was melted, we had to go out and buy new pan and utensils to cook on The dishes are not microwaveable, cheap plastics, we had to purchase paper goods. The outdoors is nice but it’s difficult to walk in the rocks in the back yard. The master bed frame upstairs dangerously sticks out, beware of your legs hitting it, we got multiple bruises. We had a great time on our vacation, but it was definitely inconvenient to have to worry about little things listed above .

Cathy Thank you for your feedback. As a rule we replace our cookware each year and have provided rubber utensils (as well as metal utensils) to eliminate the scratching of the cookware. Unfortunately, we can not control how our guests use such items. Our dishes and glassware are acrylic and are dishwasher and microwave safe. We use acrylic for our guests to use outdoors without fear of breaking glass in the pool area as we consider this a safety issue. Point Pleasant Beach will only allow a certain amount of impervious coverage. This means we have used our allotted amount of "patio" coverage and therefore we cannot add additional patio to the outdoor space. I am sorry our furniture choice of a footboard in our Master bedroom was a concern to you. We do have rubber corner guards on the footboard for this reason and we have never heard of our furniture being dangerous prior. Our home is beautiful and you may have found it more comfortable providing you stayed with the amount of people you booked it for. We have many repeat guests and have never received any negative feedback. Additionally, I am available 24/7 I wish you had voiced your concerns when I contacted you during your stay to inquire if all was well or if you needed anything.

We had 8 adults and 2 children. Plenty of room to hang out. Quiet neighborhood literally 1.5 blocks to private beach. The boardwalk was 3/4 of mile and we walked there every day! We cooked in and out. Awesome grill and outdoor furniture. Beach by day, beautiful pool at night. The garage was used daily by young and old for shuffle board tournaments, darts (they’re plastic) and video games. One night was rainy so we set a folding table up and had dinner in there with all doors open for fresh air! We parked 3 cars easily in the driveway and could fit more which is so stressfree if you’ve ever had to find street parking when renting. Also the washer and dryer! Do laundry at home no extra charge. Gayle, the host, is so available for any questions or concerns. She wants you to enjoy your vacation! Just two fyi’s and neither should be a deal breaker for renting, but just be aware that the 4th bedroom is a back room where the washer and dryer are as well as the back door. There’s no dresser or mirror so we shared closet space with an adjacent bedroom and used the tv stand shelves. When we went to bed anyone hanging out outside needed to walk around front to go in and out of the house for anything. The other was that the host graciously provides six badges to the private beach. Be prepared to purchase the remaining, if needed at 18 each including children over THREE years old. If you compare the cost of a hotel room in the area to the cost of this beautiful home, it’s a no braine!

We enjoyed our stay at this home. The host, Gayle, was an excellent communicator and answered all of our questions promptly. She was very committed to ensuring that we had a great experienc ein her home. The house was as described and having the pool was a real bonus. There was plenty of outdoor seating, TVs, and offroad parking. The house was located very close to the beach and to the local places we wanted to go to (Jenkinson's Boardwalk, Huffman's ice cream and Mueller's Bakery). The house was neat, clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. You could even see fireworks from a neighboring town from the back deck. The house was just the place we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. We recommend it highly and would come back again.

Walk or bike to everything

Location near the south end of the Jenkinson Boardwalk gives this property the access without the traffic. Great Town for bicycles as vehicle traffic is mostly on the main streets and an abundance of flat side streets are practically empty. Property garage makes secure storage of E bikes easy and has electric for charging. Owner is very helpful and easy to contact.
