This warm and inviting 3-level split single house has everything for your family need to enjoy your visit. It is 15 minutes drive from Jasper Park gates and 45 min from Town of Jasper with stunning mountain scenic views and animals such as mountain goat and deers.It sits at quiet end of the street and nice neighborhood with a great playground across the road. It has 1 king size bed, 3 queen size beds and 1 bunkbed with comfort duvets. There are great-size living spaces at main level and downstairs. From the laundry room you can walk out to fully-fenced backyard and barbeque there.

We absolutely loved our stay here! This was by far the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in—everything was spotless and so well cared for. The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, providing coffee and tea with creamer, a bottle of sparkling juice, and even a bag of candy. Those little touches made such a difference!The location in Hinton was perfect for our visit to Jasper, and the property was comfortable, beautiful, and had everything we needed. You can tell the host truly cares about her guests and takes pride in providing a wonderful stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Jasper area!

Clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood and the kids loved the park across the street. Property was well equipped and had lots of space. Will definitely stay here again if or when we are back to Jasper.

Great house outside Jasper

Nice space, plenty of room for our family of 6; the kids were excited that everyone got their own room. Easy to find, close enough to the main road to be convenient but far enough you couldn't hear the cars. Nicely cleaned and stocked with some of the essentials.

Immaculate house!

Hannah was very prompt with communication. She was extremely helpful and attentive. Her house is extremely clean, almost immaculate! Thanks for allowing us to stay here! We look forward to staying here whenever we go to the mountains again!

The host, Hannah, was wonderful. She provided an excellent bottle of wine and candy upon arrival. The home was beautiful, comfortable and well stocked. Hannah sent us all the information we needed long in advance without us having to ask for it. We communicated regularly through email while we were there. She was always very responsive and kind. We would highly recommend this property.

Hinton house

Very clean, nice layout. Lots of room for the 9 of us. Nice selection of tea/ coffee/ creamers that we weren't expecting! The only misleading thing was the listing saying 5 bedrooms.... the pull out couch behind curtains I don't think I'd consider a "bedroom," although my son said the couch was comfortable.

Hi Roberta, thank you so much for the review, I am sorry for the confusion but my house does have 5 bedroom---3 in the upper level, 1 in main level and 1 in the downstair. The pull-out couch is in the downstair living room and is not included in the 5 bedrooms. The pull out couch is extra for guests' convenient if they happen to have 12 people. Thank you again!

I am very disappointed with both Vrbo's service and the host's conduct. The property was listed on Vrbo in a way that led me to believe the advertised price was the total cost for the advertised occupancy. However, after booking, I was charged additional fees that were not clearly disclosed in the listing.Vrbo advertises transparency and states there are no hidden fees, yet in my case, significant extra charges were added under Host Fees. I believe the listing was misleading and did not accurately disclose these additional costs before booking.As a customer, I expect all mandatory charges and occupancy limits to be clearly displayed on the listing page so that I can make an informed booking decision. I am dissatisfied with how this matter has been handled by both the host and Vrbo's customer service team.

We had a great stay overall. The house was spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully designed—it fit our needs perfectly. We also really appreciated the great coffee and wide selection of teas, which was a nice touch. That said, there were a couple of drawbacks. The house had a noticeable musty smell that everyone in our group picked up on. It wasn’t overwhelming, but it was persistent throughout our stay. Also, there was no air conditioning, and we weren’t able to adjust the thermostat, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times. Despite these issues, the home had a lot of positives and worked well for our trip.

Ms. Hannah asked me how we felt about our stay, which was nice of her. We were comfortable in their spacious home with two full baths for five family members. We felt cold downstairs but the thermostat works so we were warmed up. It’s clean. Beds and other furniture are comfortable. Towels are still white and fluffy. There’s an abundance of toilet paper, tissue boxes, paper towel, towels, and extra beddings had we needed any. We appreciate the laundry pods, tea, coffee and basic cooking supplies. She addressed my inquiry as to what the service fee of $C271 was for. It’s for taxes, VBRO fees. The hosts’ fee of $C150 is for professional cleaning. VBRO has to describe this a cleaning fee and not host’s fee so that it’s clear. Ms. Hannah had a welcome note on a pack of sweets & a bottle of red wine for us. Nice touch😊!
