Great place!

We had a great stay! Lots of room for our big family. Very nicely kept and decorated inside with everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

Great location, clean and roomy property. Only wished responses to my questions and requests could have been faster like the one about shortage of bath towels. My husband and I had to share 1 bath towel for 3 days before getting a response and the extra towel was dropped off. Also had to call, msg in the booking app and then text host’s number several times before getting a response about check in instructions - I was starting to get worried when I had not heard back within 48 hrs before our arrival date.

The house was really great!

The house was very clean and was very comfortable and organised. The kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms were spacious and allowed lots of extra space for us. It was an amazing house and perfect for 6-8 people.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is well equipped with all amenities. The host is very responsive and helpful. We were 4 adults and 1 child and we lived comfortably for 4nights. The neighborhood is safe. Highly recommend this place if you want to visit Jasper.

Great Place!

We were so lucky to find Colin’s place, as it’s pretty difficult to find accommodations in and around Jasper, and especially for this size of group and on short notice. The house was clean and the beds comfortable and the host responsive. Only suggestion would be to have a BBQ available.

Unfortunately the property was not in good shape on our arrival. Front and rear yards over grown and the inside was only partially cleaned. Front door locking mechanism was difficult to use and created a security issue. We did not stay and checked into alternative accommodation. We have complained to the host and VRBO and we are awaiting a refund.

The house is well appointed, clean, and comfortable for the 5 of us. The neighborhood is nice and we would definitely rent again if ever in the area. Recommended.

Not enough glasses, plates, seating for several people. Door lock defective and couldnt lock when leaving for two days. Bed comforters have not been laundered. Rear porch stairs impassable due to trees in the steps. Front entrance stairway had a loose trim that fell off when stepped apon. Home is not well cated for and it shows.
Rear steps overgrown with trees . Owner suggested we exit this way so we could lock front door apon leaving.
Broken steps in entrance. Be careful should you rent this home.

Nice property

This house was clean and comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, the location was easy to find and we were a short drive from restaurants and stores. Although the house has sleeping room for eight people, the dining table seats only four (although there are a couple of stools at the kitchen counter) and the living room and family room can't seat eight adults at one time. For groups on the go (skiing, hiking or sightseeing in Jasper) this likely wouldn't be a problem however we gathered for a catching up weekend, all about togetherness not activity. However, this house was definitely much better than gathering in hotel rooms.There were two maintenance issues however they didn't impact our stay too much (the upstairs bathroom sink drain was badly in need of unclogging and the otherwise ample parking was not shoveled and therefore not clearly visible.)

The house was good but not very appealing when you drive up to it. There were weeds two feet high all over the property. Especially the driveway. That should be taken care of. A few more coffee pods would have been nice and a pair of scissors.

We were there for a bridal get ready suite, and it was phenomenal. The lighting in the main area was perfect, the beds were comfortable. Lots of parking. Overall a great choice.

Hinton is an excellent base camp for exploring the world-famous Jasper National Park. Just a 15-minute drive from the park gates, this property offers some of the most affordable accommodations in the region that can comfortably host up to eight guests.

- 1 hr 15 min to Marmot Basin | Rocky Mountain Ski Resort

- 3.5 hr drive to Lake Louise
