Dear Tomasito - this warms my heart, your comments are very kind, and I am so glad you & your family enjoyed my little slice of heaven! I think cooking in the villa is a great idea, and I have had many great celebrations there myself (fresh catch on the grill!). I would love to know more about your personal chef experience, and make that experience perfect during your next visit! As for the whales, I love to watch them frolicking out in the Pacific more than any other activity...but hope you guys went exploring in your rental car. Brad - I appreciate your great review, a group of your size in 2 houses next door is a tough thing to make work perfectly, but you guys seemed to pull it off without any issue at all! I am glad you took advantage of the Mercedes Sprinter, the Butler Daniel, and had great meals at the resort, spa services & a great round at Quivira golf! Your confidence in purchasing the Platinum meal plan was a sure bet, and I will address the liquor issue with Carlos Ramirez tomorrow, at Cibola - but I think this is a stipulation of the all-inclusive plan. Please bring your friends & family back to the Montecristo again in the future, and remember I have several homes down on the beach (on the way to golf club) named Novaispania, that sleep 12 in 4 bedrooms. I am so happy that your family loved the Montecristo (as much as I do!), the view, the housekeeping, the All-Inclusive plan and the amenities that make it special. Best of all, your comment saying "this is one of the best vacations in Mexico" warms my heart, as I have invested a lot to make this a special retreat for families like yours. I hope you will return very soon to watch more whales, eat more great food (and drinks!), and just relax on the veranda...I also have several beach houses down the hill by the golf club, if you have a larger group the next time (sleeps 12), or just want a lot of space for the family. Hi Mike - Thank you so much for this great review, I'm thrilled to hear your family loved the Montecristo villa, the view of the Pacific & all the resort has to offer, especially in comparison to the other fine resorts you have stayed at in Cabo & San Jose! I enjoyed meeting your family, and hope you will return any time you can - and remember the beach houses in Novaispania (bottom of the hill) provide about 30% more space and sleep 12 comfortably, if you would be traveling with friends or extended family.
