Clean, family friendly, in a great location, good management, AC works amazing, nice pools. Loved, loved, loved this place. My family has been coming to OCMD for the last 8 years (staying in Hidden Harbor for 4) & this was by far our favorite condo yet! We actually loved it so much we stayed an extra day since it was available. 10/10

Perfect family vacation

We loved the location of the very nice condo! It was clean, perfect size for a family of 5, at a great location for adults & teens. We would love to rent this next year!

Great place!

This was a great place for our family! Kitchen was fully stocked. Close to the pool! Very convenient and clean!

Great location

Condo was perfect for a quick get away. Location was great. Walking distance to a lot of places and the beach but not in the main hustle of OC. Condo was well furnished, stocked and clean.

Great location!

Super clean, wonderfully decorated condo right next to Northside Park. Was a great location as we were involved with a sports tournament. Love how close we were to the park, pool, and shops. Hardly needed the car. Thank you!

Comfy 2 bed with nice view and bery short walk to Northside Park

Overall a very comfortable condo with very nice upgrades in kitchen and baths. Carpet needs a change and may e a small dresser and end ta le in master bed.

very nice park next to property nice looking pool rained 2 days so we didnt get in real bad rip current from storms out at sea so did not get in ocean condo was very relaxing

Nice location

Great property, close proximity to the pool. There should be more description about where this specifically is within the complex. We arrived when it was dark and it was tricky to find the building. Showers and bedrooms could have been cleaner, we found a ton of black hairs and my children found candy wrappers and some candy underneath the bed in the kids room.

We are happy to hear you all liked the property! We will definitely take your feedback into consideration regarding the property location. I can assure you we do very thorough inspections of all of our units before the guests arrive. We did let you know we were going to address this with our inspectors and cleaners regarding the left candy wrappers. We would have happily sent a cleaner back in there to re-clean the showers for you had we known that was an issue as well. We certainly hope you all enjoyed your stay here with us, and we hope to see you all again for any future family vacations! :-)

A Couple of Days Away...

This property was in a great location with many restaurant options and the beach nearby. I was not thrilled with the fact that I had to make all the beds with the clean sheets when we arrived. I feel that they should have already been on the beds. Also, we had a bit of difficulty with the keypad and door knob.
