The FEQ Lodge (with rooftop pool and gym)

The FEQ Lodge is our tribute to the Festival d 'Été de Québec, which takes place in early July each year in our beautiful city.
The condo is air-conditioned and located on the 6th floor. The building was built in 2022. It includes an elevator, gym, lounge area.
Starting from early may, you can enjoy the rooftop terrace on the 12th floor with an impressive view of the city, a swimming pool, relaxation areas, a fireplace and barbecues at your disposal.

King size bed in the master bedroom and queen size bed in the second bedroom. Also queen sized sofa bed. It was chosen for its superior comfort.
Washer-dryer in the apartment. 9 foot ceilings, quartz kitchen counters, fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and filter coffee maker as well as a Nespresso machine, air conditioning, Netflix and Prime video and some attention for your comfort!

Available owners, superior soundproofing, impeccable service and professional maintenance.
Walking distance to St-Joseph Street, restaurants, cafés, grocery store (less than 1 minute), bakery and bars in the trendy St-Roch district.

We were provided excellent and clear instructions for everything ahead of our arrival and to prepare for checking out. The apartment worked so well for our needs and was clean and well kept. The beds were some of the most comfortable I've stayed in while traveling.

Fantastic location with a short ride to Old Quebec City. Apartment was overall comfortable, quiet, and conveniently located next to grocery stores and restaurants. Host communication was top notch. Would love to visit in fall to take advantage of the wonderful roof top amenities.

This unit is situated in a neighborhood dominated by homeless people who occupy the streets at all hours dinking, doing drugs, going through garbage and making an obscene amount of noise well into the night. The condo building itself is mainly rentals and is highly transient. We rented this place so the kids could enjoy swimming - the pictures in the advertisement are deceiving. It is not much bigger than a standard backyard above ground pool and is VERY shallow. We witnessed a woman go right through a concrete tile while trying to enter the pool (she had visible injuries). There is a significant amount of light entering the unit at night as it faces a parking garage with powerful flood lights emanating through the windows (even with the curtains closed). Unfortunately my family did not feel safe and this stay ruined our time in Quebec City.
