Rules for this unit are as follows:

- No unregistered guests on the property

- Smoking is not permitted

- No glassware around the pool

- No parties or loud noise

- Must be 21 years of age or more to rent



Guest Access:

The entire condo is yours. The pool is shared with the residence.



The Neighborhood:

Oceania Residences is on J.E. Irausquin Boulevard in the Eagle Beach area, across the road from Eagle Beach, one of the widest white-sand beaches in the Caribbean and home to the famous fofoti trees.



- Eagle Beach: about 1 min walk

- Restaurants and bars along the boulevard: 2–10 min walk

- Palm Beach and the hotel strip: 5–7 min drive

- Oranjestad center (shopping, Renaissance Marketplace): about 8 min drive

- Supermarkets: 3–5 min drive

- Arashi Beach and California Lighthouse: about 15 min drive



Quieter than Palm Beach, with the beach and dinner within walking distance.



Getting Around:

Queen Beatrix International Airport (AUA) is about 15 minutes by car. Taxis wait outside arrivals and charge fixed fares, and car rental desks are at the airport. Free parking is available at the residence. Arubus public buses run along J.E. Irausquin Boulevard to Oranjestad and Palm Beach, with stops a short walk away. Many guests walk to the beach and restaurants and rent a car only for island trips.

Check-in time is 4:00 PM.

Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

Earlier check-ins and later check-out can be requested 24 hours before and will be granted depending on availability. A surcharge may apply.



HOUSEKEEPING:

This is a self catering vacation home and as such you are expected to do your own shopping and regular cleaning. We do offer the option of daily or mid-stay, hotel-style cleaning services. This is an extra service and a surcharge applies. Start-up supplies are provided and will be restocked if you request our optional daily or mid-stay hotel-style cleaning service. We provide 1 set bath linen per person max occupancy; extra sets are available at a surcharge.



BEACH ESSENTIALS:

We provide beach chairs (6), beach towels and a cooler. We do not provide snorkeling equipment or umbrellas.



CONCIERGE SERVICE:

Our Guest Relations Team can assist with making arrangements for transportation, private chefs, yachts, and other vacation activities.
