This property is in a great, quiet location with excellent views. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to cook a meal if preferred. The beds are very comfortable as well. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling to Sedona.

Easy, convenient, and awesome views! This is our second trip to the home. Comfortable beds of all types, great views from inside and out, and the convenience of being in West Sedona. The home is an excellent spot to relax without the crowds.

Amazing views and a very clean home. We didn’t end up using the hot tub, but it was a great option to have. The location was very convenient and close to everything we needed in town.

Sedona is beautiful and this house is beautiful; just like in the pictures. The house was perfectly clean. We were a family of four and we had plenty of space. We used the hot tub twice and it was easy and convenient. Even though this house is in a neighborhood and other houses are nearby, it feels very private. When we were on the deck or in the hot tub, we could barely tell the other houses were there. The kitchen had what we needed to do a little cooking (several supermarkets are within a mile or two). A garage opener is provided, so we could park our car in the garage when we wanted to. If you are thinking about renting this house, just do it. It is the perfect headquarters for exploring Sedona and other places in Northern Arizona.

The home was just as described. It has an ideal location in West Sedona. The home was very clean, well equipped and the views of Thunder Mountain are spectacular. We also appreciated the propane grill and hot tub. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great space for a family or couple. Sit in the jacuzzi and look at the unbelievable stars! The view of the mountains is perfect. Very convenient to everything in Sedona and many great trails.

Beautiful view and ideal location

Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay on Hillside Ct. The view was amazing and the location was quiet but convenient for all our day trips. House was clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

Owners are 20 year Sedona residents. Like many, Peter and Susan decided to make Sedona their retirement destination after first visiting Sedona in 1998. Six years later they were able to move their Software business to Sedona and slowly started investing in real estate eventually creating a vacation rental business with four exceptional rental properties. They no longer do software and are full time vacation rental landords managing their properties themselves.

When we first walked on the front deck of this home we realized the views were better than outstanding. We knew it would make a fantastic vacation rental with a little work. It was dated, having the same owner for 40 years. After some cosmetic upgrades and some tree trimming this home gets rave reviews and provides vacationers a wonderful place for their Sedona stay.

The views are outstanding and panoramic. The heated bathrooms floors feel soooo good during the cooler months. The front deck gets shade in the early afternoon. A great place to relax after a morning hike. The hot tub is secluded and has great views of the red rocks.
