Beautiful Property!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked (although it could use a better wine opener!). The view was magnificent, exactly as pictured. Highly recommend!

Beautiful view and ideal location

Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay on Hillside Ct. The view was amazing and the location was quiet but convenient for all our day trips. House was clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in Sedona

This house was perfect for our family. It is well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn’t have been better—close to hiking trails, grocery stores, and restaurants, yet peaceful and quiet. The views were stunning, especially watching the sunrise against Sedona’s breathtaking backdrop. Communication with Peter was easy and he very helpful. Highly recommend this as a perfect Sedona getaway!

Honeymoon getaway

Stayed at this property for 4 nights and it was amazing. Everything was as advertised, great hosts , amazing views, very clean we loved every second we were there. Highly recommend .

Weekend Getaway

The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Check in and check out process were easy and seamless. I would recommend the property and would stay there again if ever in the area.

What a view

The place is amazing. Great views, perfect size. We cooked one night everything works and the hot tub was great! Views are stunning. If you want to stay in Sedona I strongly suggest the west side for easy access to everything and this place is perfect.

Amazing Views and Very Private

We very much enjoyed this property as our home base while vacationing in Sedona. Clean, comfortable, well stocked and amazing views. Close driving and walking distance to the main drag in West Sedona. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Beautiful inside and out!

The property was lovely. Clean and beautifully decorated. Excellent view of Red Rocks. Susan and Peter were very easy and flexible with communication. LOVED all the resources, magazines, books about the hikes. Made it much easier to choose our hikes. Would return!

Wonderful view

This property was wonderful! We loved the front porch and enjoyed daily happy hour there, relaxing after a busy day and soaking in the beautiful view. The kitchen was very well stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Amazing view, location, and stay

If you're coming to Sedona for the views, this is the place to be. You have an amazing view from the living room and the kitchen. Easy access to the main area of Sedona and popular hikes as well. Beds are super comfortable and extremely quiet at night which helps get a great nights sleep.

Family time

Our family had the opportunity to take a rare family vacation and the accommodations were perfect! We enjoyed our time together yet everyone had their own space. Location provided many opportunities to hike and visit town. We will not forget this trip!

Great location! Superb view!

Phenomenal view from living room and front porch. Very quiet setting. Well equipped with two fireplaces (indoor and outdoor), hot tub and large living space. Excellent proximity to all things Sedona.

A magical vacation!

My three sisters and I gathered in Sedona for a magical vacation. This home is perfect in every way and the view from the deck and living room is spectacular. We left with wonderful memories from our special time in Sedona.

Wonderful Experience

This was our second stay at this property. As before, the accommodations were pristine, the views magnificent and the neighborhood just the right mix of comparable homes with lots of privacy. We'll be back!

Destination Thanksgiving

Let me start by saying that the view is amazing! Photos online dont do it justice. Private, convenient location (10 minutes to everything). Host is super accommodating. Great kitchen to cook a holiday meal.

Owners are 20 year Sedona residents. Like many, Peter and Susan decided to make Sedona their retirement destination after first visiting Sedona in 1998. Six years later they were able to move their Software business to Sedona and slowly started investing in real estate eventually creating a vacation rental business with four exceptional rental properties. They no longer do software and are full time vacation rental landords managing their properties themselves.

When we first walked on the front deck of this home we realized the views were better than outstanding. We knew it would make a fantastic vacation rental with a little work. It was dated, having the same owner for 40 years. After some cosmetic upgrades and some tree trimming this home gets rave reviews and provides vacationers a wonderful place for their Sedona stay.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

The views are outstanding and panoramic. The heated bathrooms floors feel soooo good during the cooler months. The front deck gets shade in the early afternoon. A great place to relax after a morning hike. The hot tub is secluded and has great views of the red rocks.
