This cozy retreat is close to the Smokey Mountain National Park and Gatlinburg. Come up in elevation to escape the heat and crowd of town. Newly decorated studio on ground floor, no carrying luggage up stairs. Corner unit offers additional windows and opportunity to view wildlife. Ideal for couples, solo adventurers and hikers. Beautiful view of the Smokies from the pool area. Included on the grounds for your use are an outdoor heated pool (seasonal, closing approx. Oct. 1st), charcoal and gas grills, 2 outdoor hot tubs, sauna, game room (hot tubs, sauna and game room open year round), coin operated washer and dryer on second floor of building. Nest doorbell, Alexa and multiple USB's. Sorry, no children, pets, smoking/vaping, minimum age 21.

My girlfriend and I absolutely loved staying in Kathy's condo. It was very cozy and had everything we needed during our stay. Kathy's communication was excellent throughout our time in Gatlinburg. We look forward to staying here again when we return to Gatlinburg.

Short getaway

My wife and I stayed in pine cone corner for a short weekend getaway and we really enjoyed it. It was great for just the two of us. Very comfortable place to stay. The host was very easy to deal with and was very informative. We’d definitely stay here again

Cozy condo in the mountains

My mom and I came to Gatlinburg for vacation and stayed at Kathy’s condo. Very clean, quiet and full of amenities that you could need on a trip. The drive up to the condo is a pretty scenic drive. Kathy was very helpful in giving lots of info about the area as well as what you’d need to know about the condo and the check in/out process. I would definitely stay at her condo again in the future as well as recommend her place to others that plan to travel to the area

Great overall

I liked everything, due to the altitude of the place, we saw snow when it didn’t snow anywhere else. That was cool. The ONE thing I disliked was the neighbor upstairs… it sounds like they are tap dancing… jesus. Good thing I don’t have a problem sleeping with loud noises.

40th Anniversary Celebration

Our stay was very nice. Celebrated our anniversary in Gatlinburg, where we also spent our honeymoon! The condo is just right in size. Beautiful views of the mountains. Great communication with the host. We recommend that you stay here! This was our second time staying here, and it has all the comforts you need for a respite. Don’t pass this one up! We will stay here again.

Cute and super tidy condo. We loved the community swimming pool and hot tubs at the clubhouse. Seamless communication with the property owner. Favorite part was seeing a Momma bear & her 3 cubs ❤️ early one morning!

Sky High

This property located high above Gatlinburg and Ober Gatlinburg was a neat experience. The property has easy access to the National Park and much of the traffic congestion in Gatlinburg is easily avoided. The property was neat , clean and well stocked with about anything one could need.

Last minute booking

The owner of this condo saved our first trip to the area. We had rented a cabin that was terrible and she got us in right away and made us feel welcome. She goes above and beyond other rentals to assist in making your trip great. Gave great directions from easiest way to get there to how to use the TV.
