Beautiful Condo on a Beautiful Beach!

Welcome to this beautifully decorated unit at Caribbean Resort located on directly on Navarre Beach. This unit is located on the 1st floor , West side of the building.

Island Dream is ready to go for the new season. The unit offers a spacious Gulf side master bedroom with a king size bed, Flat screen t.v., double sink vanity, huge jetted tub with new glass retainer door, and its own entry to the spacious balcony. Perfect views of the ocean and pools while enjoying your morning coffee and a relaxing meal. The family room has plenty of seating for the entire family , large pit group, and a comfortable reading chair. No problem seeing the t.v., it is a 50 inch flat screen. The dining room is open and spacious and has seating for the entire family along with bar stools overlooking the kitchen. All with beautiful panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. The Kitchen is the perfect size to accommodate any family gathering with all the amenities of home.This kitchen has upgraded black marble counter tops and the cabinets are fully stocked. The 2nd spacious bedroom offers a cozy queen size bed, flat screen t.v, , walk in closet, and a full size shared bathroom with the main living area. It also features a new easy roll glass enclosure for the shower . The master bedroom on the Sound side offers West side views of the sound and Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the privacy in this suite which includes: Queen size bed, full bath with new easy slide glass enclosure, kitchenette, flat screen t.v. , sitting area, private balcony, fold out bed - just in case, and separate entry-exit door to the elevator or stairs. The property was perfect for our group of 3 couples. Everything was clean and well stocked. Tanya was great to work with … check in and out … Easy. The views from every window had you surrounded by ocean … beautiful! We plan on going back every year

Very clean & spacious, super easy check in and check out. My main issue was the room with the kitchenette - it had a terrible mattress and a tub that barely drained. We ended up switching rooms because of it. Know ahead of time also that it’s a crowded area of beach so bring your own chairs/umbrella or risk being stuck in a 2nd or 3rd row behind other people.

G-maws at the beach

The 2grandmothers like to take the grandkids to the beach. We had a wonderful time. The condo is very well equipped and we were very comfortable!!

Beautiful property on Beach

This property is really spacious. Beautiful views of the ocean. Right on the beach. Minutes to shopping and eating. So convenient. Would definitely stay here again when come back.

Just right for Us!

Very nice. We stayed on the first floor and loved it! Stormy and windy for 2 days but that did not stop all of us from enjoying our stay. We played Cheaters Monopoly for hours, great fun. Our Grandson loves rainy weather so he had a great time. The accommodations were just right for us. Clean, spacious, large windows for nice views, I would stay again in same unit.

The family and I enjoyed our stay so much. Checking in was so easy since the email with all the info was sent out well in advance. This property is not the newest on the block but is very well kept. With any rental there could be updates such as the pots and pans. but this rental was still amazing. The pool area was very nice and clean. Beach access was so easy and as expected the beach and ocean were spectacular. If you forget your chairs or umbrellas there’s people on the beach who will rent that to you for a price that you’d expect for a vacation destination. The balcony view from this unit being on the first floor corner unit was awesome. All the sunsets and views of the ocean you’d ever expect. With all the windows there’s always a view. This rental just has it all and we’ll definitely come back.

Everything and more!!!

We could not have been happier at Caribbean resort in Navarre. Tonya was prompt to respond to our questions with excellent communication skills and she was very kind. She gave us great tips and ideas for eating and recreation. The gulf views from our first floor condo. and balcony were simply stunning with the crystal clear hues of turquoise and aqua and other magnificent shades of blue. The condo was beautiful with private bathrooms for each bedroom. We will be visiting again. Thanks again, Tonya!! And also one of the magnificent highlights I must share, we thoroughly enjoyed watching the dolphin’s from our balcony. We look forward to making more memories in Navarre.

The beach view was nice. The property was promoted as "luxury" but the furniture was outdated. There were no beach chairs in the unit. There were no boogie boards or "noodles" in the unit. When we asked management about the chairs, etc, they said the owner said there was nowhere to store them in the unit??? What? The bedrooms had closets that were empty?? Geesh. You could rent beach chairs from a vendor at the beach for 50 per day! Too expensive. So we purchased boogie boards and noodles and left them in the closets. The ice maker was broken and mgt had someone in to service it, but still didn't work. Mgt said they probably need to replace the refrigerator. Again.. very outdated. We were asked to start a load of towels to wash in the washing machine before we checked out. Of course, mgt did not leave any laundry detergent to wash with. Really? You want us to launder but don't leave laundry detergent? Several of the slats on the vertical blinds were missing. The pool and hot tub were nice. Mgt was very responsive, but I think they could only work with what was given them.

Our unit does not include dedicated storage for beach chairs, as we keep closets and storage areas available for guest use and convenience. Regarding the ice maker, we sent an appliance repair technician during your stay, and the issue was resolved as quickly as possible. We were also happy to provide complimentary beach chair service for you during your visit. In addition, we supply two complimentary washer pods per stay, which are placed in the laundry area for guests upon arrival. As for beach toys and float items, we do our best to keep the units clean and uncluttered for all guests. Unfortunately, items such as noodles and boogie boards are frequently left behind and cannot always be stored between stays. We value all guest feedback and continually work to improve the experience for everyone. Thank you again for staying with us.

Good location

Nice property. Being on the corner, windows all over. No parking pass in condo like advertised. Called the number, lady said she would bring a parking pass over in the am. Never did the whole time we were there. Oven light and microwave light both didn't work. Just saw a email on what to do when we checked out three days after we left. Should have had that information in the condo so we knew what exactly what to do. The only thing we did wrong was still had clean dishes in the dish washer. We left at 9:55 am. Didn't know that we were supposed to let someone know when we left. Again nice large place, great location. Pool and one hot tub said needed to be repaired. Should let people know that when booking. Mike, thank you for the review. We are glad you enjoyed your stay . During the winter, the HOA is not requiring parking passes although we do leave them in the credenza next to the dining table. We also send out departure instructions 1 day prior to your email. As for the pool and hot tub, the gas line froze and busted . Parts had to be ordered. The HOA did have a sign posted in the elevator explaining things. It has been repaired. Microwave and oven bulbs have also been replaced.

Family vacation

The location of the property was great. Tonya was wonderful and always responded to my messages. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance of the property was greatly lacking. I have never posted a negative review but for the money we paid, we expected more. We walked into the condo to find that several pieces of vertical blinds in various rooms were missing. In addition, you couldn’t have more than one person taking a shower because the water pressure would be low and if someone flushed the toilet anywhere in the condo while you were in the shower, the pressure would be a trickle. The jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom couldn’t be used because by the time you filled up to the jets, the water was cold. The refrigerator needs replaced-the shelves on the door were all cracked and the freezer didn’t make ice. Overall, the property needs a deep clean.

Perfect spot

Well appointed. Bath for each bedroom is nice. Large hot tub is awesome. Beautiful views. 2 queen beds are very squeaky, but comfy.

Wet weekend

The weather didn’t cooperate for our stay but being stuck in a nice comfortable corner condo with a great water vista was a great compensation

Birthday at the Beach

Wonderful property. It looks exactly as it is in the photos. We love it so much, we’re staying a few more days! Great people to work with. We’ll definitely be back!
